Visited in October so this may be different to peak season but Ksamil was very quiet and so there wasn’t much to do around the area. We did take the bus which took 9 minutes to Butrint National Park. Went back to Sarande which was 20 minutes by bus

They make my check in really early and fast and the day of the check out they let me leave the luggage at the reception and use all the facilities of the hotel even if i have already check out from the room. breakfast was buffet with a lot of option of food to try. dinner was DELICIOUS a la carte.

LOVE DENOEL HOTEL

The accommodation is in a wonderful location, just three minutes from the center of Ksamil. It is quiet and ideal for relaxation, while there are supermarkets and mini markets nearby for every need. The staff is incredibly friendly – especially the lady at the reception and the manager, who make the stay truly unique. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed every meal!

The check-in was done much earlier than the indicated time and was very quick. The girl at the reception was very clear in explaining the schedules. The beach was beautiful and sandy, exactly like in the photos. Dinner was excellent, as well as breakfast.

Dream location

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The staff were amazing, especially the young lady at the reception who was always kind and helpful. The food was excellent, the location magical, and the rooms spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in – an experience I will never forget!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, liegen sind inbegriffen, die Stadt ist auch ganz in der Nähe, also man kann schön Abends spazieren gehen. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist nett und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, geräumig und ebenfalls immer sauber gehalten.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren leider eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr begrenzt und wiederholte sich häufig, was auf Dauer etwas eintönig war. Frische und Qualität waren in Ordnung, aber es fehlte ganz klar an Abwechslung und kreativen Gerichten. Hier wäre definitiv noch Luft nach oben, um den Aufenthalt kulinarisch attraktiver zu gestalten.

Disappointed by how guests are treated

Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned daily, and overall comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful — definitely the best part of the stay.

Food was average, with breakfast and dinner served between 8:00 and 10:00, which was a bit late for families with young kids. Beach access was very close, which we liked. However, on the last day we were asked to leave the sunbed and umbrella we had already occupied because they were “reserved for the owner’s friends.” We refused to leave, but this situation made us feel disrespected as guests. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place, as customers are not treated fairly and preference is given to the owner's acquaintances.

Bookingde görmüş olduğum odayı vermediler. Bunu gösterdiğimde otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Çarşaf kirliydi. Banyo kokuyordu. Asansör yoktu. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği kötü ve seçenek yoktu. Beachte patates kızartması yemek istediğimizde bize sadece restoranda yenildiğini söylediler. Ertesi gün 8-9 kişilik bir erkek grubuna beachte makarnalar deniz mahsülleri patates kızartmaları hepsini verdiler. Bunu söylediğimde ben sadece çalışanım dediler. 3 gece konakladık sadece iki adet su verdiler. Son gecemizde iki erkek bahçede ve otelin içinde bağırdıkları için gece 03:30 da uyandık. Resepsiyonist bu arada ne yapıyordu acaba???

Staff cucina/ servizio ai tavoli poco collaborativi. Poca conoscenza delle pietanze in servizio, per quanto riguarda il servizio al tavolo o in generale conoscenza preparazione del menu. In generale poca preparazione o competenza staff camerieri. Spiaggia gradevole.. anche poco curata dalle varie spazzature nel mare dovute ai varie barche, ma anche sulla sabbia. Spiaggia

Akşam yemeğinin konseptini ve içeriklerini beğendim. Siparişimizi alıp yemekleri servis eden Orwel bizlere çok yardımcı oldu, teşekkür ederiz. Otel konum olarak iyi bir noktada.

Otel ile olan maceramızı şu şekilde özetlemek isterim; tuttuğumuz oda bahçe manzaralı olarak yazıyordu ve o şekilde alım gerçekleştirdik. Gittiğimizde resepsiyonun hemen bitişindeki 201 numaralı ayak altı oda verildi ve balkon otoparka bakıyordu. Başka oda olup olmadığını sorduğumuz malesef otelin full olduğunu söylediler ama boş odalarda vardı, çünkü çıkışlarda oldu. Burada memnuniyet sağlanmadı. Ertesi gün otel ücretinin içerisinde olan beache gittiğimizde ise şezlong ve şemsiye olarak ön taraflar boş olmasına rağmen 5. Sıradan şemsiye verildi, diğer yerleri sorduğumuzda rezerve olduğunu belirttiler. Sonrasında ön sıraları dışarıdan gelen kişilere ücret karşılığında sattılar. Yani otel müşterilerini oturttmak yerine satış yapmayı tercih ettiler. 5 gece konaklamamızda ben hergün tartışarak ancak 1 gün ön şezlonglarda oturabildim. Bu durumdan hiç hoşnut olmadık. Çünkü oteli tercih etmemizdeki sebeplerden biri de beachinin olmasıydı. Ek olarak kesinlikle hergün aynı kahvaltının verilmesi hiç hoş değil.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – man wurde herzlich empfangen und fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Auch das Essen war hervorragend und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück könnte aus meiner Sicht noch etwas vielfältiger sein, aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Da es sich eher um ein kleines Restaurant handelt, war das Angebot insgesamt in Ordnung und passend zum gemütlichen Ambiente.

Розташування прямо біля моря, приватний пляж, дуже чисто всюди:в номерах, біля готелю, на пляжі, взагалі персонал постійно працює і це видно, хоч ще і не сам сезон, але не бачила жодного разу, щоб хтось тинявся без діла, всі працюють і створюють затишок для гостей. Дуже сподобалося, що люди такі привітні, адміністратор Касандра - неймовірна! Офіціанти, покоївки, працівники пляжу усміхнені і привітні, менеджер готелю любʼязно погодився допомогти з паркуванням авто. Одним словом люди - супер!

Emplacement parfait !

Cet hôtel est selon moi le mieux situé sur Ksamil. juste à côté d'un bar branché (principotes) dont la plage est commune. l'accès aux transats sur la plage est gratuit pour les clients, c'est un vrai plus ! vous pouvez manger et boire sur place à toute heure de la journée. la plage est sublime (bien qu'artificielle) L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres modernes et bien équipées (tv connectée) la réceptionniste est adorable. le petit déjeuner en buffet est suffisant. à quelques mètres du centre de Ksamil, tout se fait à pieds. je recommande sans hésiter

La chambre était mignonne et le lit vraiment très confortable. Franchement, les personnels super accueillant grave à l’écoute un coup de cœur pour l’hôtesse fille

Au niveau sonore, l’insonorisation laissait à désirer. Étant au rez-de-chaussée, nous entendions tous les bruits, même tard le soir. L’hôtel étant situé juste en bord de plage, le passage des bateaux avec de la musique nous empêchait parfois de dormir, et cela durait jusqu’au petit matin. Nous avons également été déçus par le petit déjeuner : le buffet était très petit et offrait peu de choix, même si ce qui était proposé était bon Si vous avez peur des chats, malheureusement, il est difficile de manger au restaurant. En revanche, il est possible de manger sur votre terrasse, mais il faut demander l’autorisation au préalable

Hôtel idéalement situé . Sur la mer. Par contre, les equipments et les détails sont très décevants. Mauvaise odeur. Personnel peu agréable. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée entre les nuits, pas de nouvelles serviettes ni tout le reste, sèche cheveux cassé, douche inondée… Pourquoi pas y passer une nuit pour la vue mais pour le confort… il y a bcp mieux

It was fair but they could do better for the kind of amount they’re charging families.

The balcony and sea view . The beach was just few steps away from the hotel, which seems like that’s all they are selling. There’s a bit of a parking too and a restaurant close to the beach .

Firstly the fact that they were charging an extra fee for kids above the age of 3 even after paying for a family room , I suppose a family comprises of mother father and children . Secondly , the phone in the room to call the reception wasn’t working . The Tv up in the bed room was not working . They were no hand soaps or bathing shampoos in the bathroom . Half used toilet paper, it seems the room wasn’t stocked before our arrival . The staff were not always available at the reception when we needed to ask for things.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Vor allem nicht außerhalb der Saison.

Nicht gut, das Zimmer wurde die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt, nicht einmal die Mülleimer geleert oder Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht und bestand zur Hälfte aus Keksen. Die Rezeption war nur gelegentlich besetzt. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist.
