This place is a real charm. Not new but that’s its magic. Everything is neat and tidy as if you entered a real house. Full of details and decoration of real life. Not of an hotel. Big and spacious. A villa. You feel like living in the setting of a period film. Amazing. The owners and staff are very kind and take care of the guests with a big smile. So glad I came here. Close to everything and far from all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!!!

Very well preserved small & intimate characterful property. I loved how much of the original 1930’s house was still intact. We had stunning views over the lake from our bedroom. The breakfast was very good quality & it was lovely to have it sitting outside on the terrace of the beautiful gardens. The owners were lovely people. I would come back to Sirmione just to stay in this gorgeous place. It was only a 10 minute walk into the centre & it was lovely to get away from the crowds back to this little oasis.
Absolutely no criticisms of this property at all. The only challenge for us was driving through the town to get there at a very busy time of day but that definitely wouldn’t put me off coming back.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Paradiso! The villa itself is a beautiful historical building, full of charm, and our room had a stunning view. A big thank you to Sergio and Francesca for their warm hospitality, and a very special thanks to Cristiana for her kindness and the incredible breakfasts – truly the best way to start the day! We had a great time and would definitely love to come back. 🌿✨

We loved the classic and sympathetic stylings of the house and gardens in keeping with the property and area in keeping with the cultural and historical background.

Location, staff, and the Italian Villa feel of the property.
Too much furniture in our room left little space for our luggage.

The villa is in a really beautiful location and feels very peaceful when you are in the grounds of the property, and yet within easy walking distance of the old town and its amenities, restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a lovely view of the lake from our room too.

The setting is stunning, the villa is just beautiful. The surroundings and views are just amazing.
Even with the air con it did get a little warm, other than that the place was perfect.

This is a totally amazing place! Lovely staff, it feels like a family. Historic house yet with all the modern amenities (excellent air con in the bedroom), clean as clean can be, great breakfast. The gardens are amazing too, hammocks, flowers, trees vegetables, views. To be honest they could charge so much more! Location is just the best too, next to historic church and 5 mins from Roman villa,, 5 to 10 mins to centre of Sirmione. Best hotel of the trip!

The hotel is run by the family. Francesca and Serge were very friendly, helpful and flexible with our needs. The villa itself and the garden are soooo special and nicely decorated. We relaxed in the evening in the jacuzzi listening to the birds singing.

The location. The privacy and view was amazing.
We had a hard time finding the location inside Sirmione using our gps. Also, Booking.com didn’t pass on our license plate number so the front desk and the property owner weren’t expecting us.

Such a beautiful location - easy walk to the busy town and restaurants but incredibly peaceful garden setting with lovely views. The hosts are so kind, the breakfast delicious and the beds very comfortable. I’d certainly stay here again if I ever return.

Villa Paradiso truly lives up to its name — a serene haven that feels like a gentle step back in time. Nestled in the enchanting beauty of Sirmione, this charming retreat offers more than just comfort; it offers a soul-soothing experience.
From the moment you arrive, you're embraced by the warm hospitality of the hosts, whose kindness and attention to detail make you feel like a cherished guest rather than a traveler. Each morning begins with delightful food and you finish your day with a glass of local wine that seems to carry the very essence of the region — sun-drenched, vibrant, and full of character.
Surrounded by the rich tapestry of Sirmione’s cultural treasures and natural wonders, Villa Paradiso is the perfect base for romantic walks along ancient Roman ruins, tranquil moments by the lake, and evenings infused with history and beauty.
It’s not just a stay — it’s a journey into the past, a quiet celebration of the present, and a lasting memory you carry in your heart.
A true gem, and a place we will return to again and again.

It´s a family house with very few rooms, so you can see the care and effort they personally put in every detail. The view from our room on the second floor was amazing!

The breakfast room outside is outstanding.
Healthy choices for breakfast, plus local specialities and not forget homemade cakes.
The room available as it was not in the villa but the guesthouse was rather small.

Wonderful property in a superb location. Everything was perfect! Amazing hospitality, wonderful breakfast, scrupulously clean. We felt like family here and it was a perfect base for exploring the area. We stayed for six nights and the standard remained exceptional. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, daily housekeeping… I won’t go on, just book here, you’ll love every minute of it!

This was our favorite stay of our trip. Great location and beautiful villa but what made it special were the people. We so enjoyed talking with Sergio and his wife learning about the history of the villa and surrounding areas. We enjoyed late afternoons sitting in the courtyard with a bottle of wine and chatting with other guests. Breakfast on the patio was a perfect start to our days.

What a beautiful Villa this is! Located in the northern part of the old town, 5 min away from the hustle and bustle! Authentic buildings decorated to give that old world charm. The grounds are superb and once through the gate it’s like being on a country estate. A magnificent breakfast was provided by the super helpful and friendly hosts who are the actual family who own and run the Villa. Nothing was too much trouble 🙂 and the service offered was excellent. They gave us feedback on places to visit, organised some washing for us, booked a taxi on departure, helped on ferry services, information on different locations on the lake, all which helped us decide what places to visit in the time we had. Also on sites around Sirmione itself along with some family history on the Villa.
They have wine, beer, water, soft drink available to purchase from the kitchen (an honour system & all at really reasonable prices) so you can sit, relax and enjoy the grounds whenever you want.
The Garden view room we chose (10m from main house) was clean, tidy and also had it’s own convenient entry from street. Highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again.

The setting of Villa Paradiso is spectacular. The grounds and dining areas are beautiful with many flowering plants. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views from our windows were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer to relax on a hammock in the garden.
We had no idea how challenging driving into the ZTL (restricted driving zone) to get there would be. We were driving down narrow streets filled with tourists. We left at 9 am to avoid the influx of day visitors.

I loved the peacefullness of the place althoug it is situated in a very touristic town.
Nothing the owner can do about this but the place is very challenging to reach with a car. You have to drive some 600-700m through very tight streets full of toursits.

Really gorgeous villa especially for its price. Room was a little tight and cosy (we have 6 year old and a baby) but we managed fine.
The breakfast on the terrace is divine especially the main lady who preps everything. She was so lovely and loved chatting with our little ones- we appreciated this.
Location is in the old centre- so just know that you have to drive through the crowds. It is daunting at first but gets easier every time.

really beutiful house and property. very well cared for and artistic. Vintage charm with modern comforts like new A/C and showers. great place. the only problem is Sirmione itself. just not worth the hassle and the overcrowded masses of people and mediocre food.

This property is a gem! The bed and breakfast was gorgeous with comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The owners were great and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. There are no elevators and the property is located on somewhat of a hill where cars do not often drive so just something to note if your carrying luggage. Would highly recommend this stay!

Francesca & Sergio made us feel like we were family. A hidden gem of a place, close to town, but away from the crowds. Stunning prpperty. I don't want to say how great the property is, in case it's fully booked when we return again.
Leaving. But rest assured, The Campbell's will return. Claudia wants to know if Jack the dog is OK.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The location is wonderful, at pretty much the highest point on the peninsula, it has a large, lovely garden (and covered patio when it rains), it's only a few minutes walk away from a very busy Sirmione, but so quiet and peaceful. The room was large and beautifully furnished, it felt very exclusive.
A great place to come back to each day.
Nothing, we loved everything about our stay.
