What a fantastic place by the lake. The hotel is so clean, comfortable and effortlessly stylish!

What a fantastic place. The hotel is so clean, comfortable and effortlessly stylish. We loved the setting by the lake and watching the ducks go by feeling like a part of the nature. A paradise for birdwatchers. And beautiful view of sunset.

Could hear a little bit of noise from our ground floor room of the kitchen and people coming/going in the evening but as it’s a small hotel this was minimal and didn’t disturb our sleep. Would stay again!

Perfection at its best

We had the absolute pleasure to be staying here a few days ago end of July 25. From the very first moment we arrived we experienced Check-in with the friendliest reception team ever with Cecilia & Bettina, to just everything about the hotel and the team within it. The hotel itself is small but perfect. Very well managed and kept and real testament to the team Within it, well done ! The post stay communication has been yet again fabulous once realising a couple of items had been left In our room. No problem !! We will Definitely return We have travelled extensively over the last 3 weeks and have stayed in some amazing accommodation along the way, but … nothing came Close to this beautiful place, but let’s be honest it’s all about the team Within and the surroundings Nice management =happy wonderful team Well done and thank you 🤩🤩

Perfect!

As soon as our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel we were very impressed. It is modern and looks immaculate and staff welcomed us straight away. Every member of staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Always greeted with a smile and made us feel extremely welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect. Using the bicycles were great and the boat ride we had which was arranged by the hotel was a once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was beautiful every morning. Breakfast with a view of the gardens, pool and lake were superb. We honestly loved our stay here and is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you.

Amazing stunning hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel it is in a great location about 5 minutes from Sirmione castle. It is right on the lake with its own jetty, the pool and rooms are amazing, they did a beautiful breakfast every morning with lots of choice. The staff were so friendly and helpful with where to visit, how to get about and what to do. Definitely recommend, should be a 5* hotel.

Everything! Beautiful location, exceptional staff, went over an above to make our stay perfect. Room with a balcony was amazing, over looking the stunning lake. Pool clean and relaxing, pier for swimming in the lake. Beautiful, short lake side walk to sirmione old town. Everything you could wish for on your doorstep.

Everything! The location was amazing right on the lake, and our room had a big balcony with fabulous views of Lake Garda. The staff were great and very helpful with any information we were seeking. Parking was right outside the front of the hotel. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect luxurious, romantic couples escape!

Absolutely stunning property and location - super modern and luxurious. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We received a room upgrade, access to a parking spot on site and they were even kind enough to send me the recipe for one of the most delicious breakfast crumble pots I’ve ever eaten. We can’t wait to return already.

Just another ordinary stay nothing special

Breakfast was ok it was very limited and portioned well. It was clean overall. Towels were exfoliating soap smelled nice

Parking was limited when we asked regarding before we booked they said there are spots in public parking lot but no mention of the long ass lines of people waiting to get into the lot and you may not even find a spot. We felt rushed unloading our car as they insisted we need to move the car asap even tho the spot was empty for hours after. Never advised us To be aware of any ZTL zones or anything helpful. We were ready to check In at 245p and even tho the room was ready they ridiculously made us sit there staring at them for 15 minutes before giving us the key since their check in time is 3pm. They forgot our welcome drink that they kept talking about they would give us after parking our car. Nothing of this hotel was adult like at all lol. A lot of money paid to stay in a small ikea furnished room. Oh and don’t open the doors to the balcony because mosquitoes will fly in that’s the lake life no screens tho. And the air conditioning in the room is apparently controlled by the staff as they see fit. You can respond with your snarky ass remarks to defend yourselves as we heard your responses already when we stayed with you oh and with a smile. Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out! Superb

Location - it is on the beach outside of the Old Town of Sirmione, you have to walk some 7-10 minutes to enter the Old Town. Hotel is in minimalist design, very quiet and relaxing. It is very small, and you have a feeling of staying in a villa, rather than a hotel, which is nice. Breakfast was rich, served nicely with a variety of healthy choices, and a good coffee from the bar!

The hotel has a very small parking area, not fitting all guests, obviously. When we arrived, we weren’t allowed to park on the remaining free parking slot as the hotel needed it for its own purposes. We were sent to paid parking right across the street, although the next day we saw that even when hotel’s parking was full, other guests were not rejected and allowed to leave their cars right in the middle of the hotel’s parking.

Wonderful location and a great private atmosphere.

The location is sensationel. You enter the hotel and have a view straight through the bar/dining room over the prool to the lake. Great. We loved the privacy atmosphere a lot, as well as the service. A boat was delivered to us directly to the hotel's jetty for a great tour on lake Garda, including a great picnic basket for the day.

This is just a comment: We had room number1, without lake view, because no other was available any more. If available we would have certainly taken a lager (more expensive) lake view room.

Relaxing Boutique Hotel with excellent staff

It‘s the perfect place to relax & enjoy Sirmione. The Hotel has everything that is needed, cosy Pool, friendly and supportive staff, Good Food & Drinks. It‘s a calm area where only adults are accepted. The old town of Sirmione is just in walking distance (10 minutes max). I can only recommend this place 🤩
