Beautiful property, professional staff, food in fine dining delicious. Stayed 3 nights. Respite from the over touristed town of Sirmione.
Very thin walls can hear everything. The city Sirmione swarmed with tourists and tacky shops would spend 1/2 day there at most. Would do a day trip to Verona or Isla de Garda. Not many sights there would stay on Lake Como instead.

Expansive, property with gardens, exquisite decor and magnificent views of Lago di Garda. Excellent dining for breakfast and dinner. Superb staff.
Driving through the historic center of Sirmione is challenging during tourist hours since the cars are competing with throngs of people that flood the narrow streets. When we arrived it was at 3pm near check in time and I didn't expect the narrow streets where either a car or people could go, not both! On the day of our departure, we elected to leave at Saturday 8:15 am before the crowds came and did a day trip to Salò on the western shore which was lovely.
