Nice hotel overall.

Excellent location . Nice balcony and view. Breakfast was great.

Pillows were quite hard and flat. Staff in breakfast area a little “gruff”. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel

good location, close to SPA, beach, center, modern equipment, but mini rooms, hard mattress and I didn't like the coffee for breakfast, I had to have it elsewhere. Breakfast was good, croissants, bread, butter, cheese, hams, tomatoes, joghurts, sweets, fruit

Great little hotel in an excellent location

Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the centre. Great view and it was lovely to sit on the balcony looking across Lake Garda.

Beautiful Lake Garda

A shuttle service collected us from the car drop off as limited cars are allowed into the old town. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable with a big bed. The view from our balcony was pretty. There aren't any extras in the room, but you can request a hairdryer, kettle etc. The location is good, close to the many restaurants bars and shops. Breakfast is served in a small attic room and was fairly basic. It runs until 10.30 and we arrived at 10 to find that quite a bit of the food had run out and wasn't topped up. But there were pastries cake and coffee which was fine for us. We would like to return maybe just out of season as the area was very busy and extremely hot, so would like to explore a bit more when it's a little cooler.

Great location with friendly staff

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Mavino. The location couldn't been better in the old parts of Sirmione. The personnel was also very friendly.

We kind off expected getting a room with a balcony and did not get it. Maybe we miss read the listing but since all the pictures had a balcony we thought it was standard. The ac was also very noisy which affected sleep quality quite alot.

Great hotel in the heart of Sirmione with parking made easy

This hotel was excellent for a night in Sirmione. The parking check in and shuttle to the hotel were super well communicated and explained beforehand and it all worked out seamlessly on the day of. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and chatty. The check in at the hotel with Angela was great. He was kind and offered great restaurant recommendations (2 of which we tried and loved!). The rooms were adequate in size for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was tasty.

Thanks to a very poor spring bed, thin walls and an upper breakfast area, I didn't get a good rest

The beds in the best room are very uncomfortable, the bed springs feel very uncomfortable, sleeping is very uncomfortable and my back hurts. The walls of the hotel are very thin, you can even hear the neighbours whispering, so it is very uncomfortable. If you stay on the second floor, there is a breakfast area on the third floor above you, so from 7am you will hear chairs pushing across the floor and this will continue for 3 hours. If you want to have a quiet, peaceful stay, I don't think this hotel will do that.

Nice location, pleasant stay.

Great location and nice breakfast. The room was pleasant and clean, just what we needed, but no frills. At the price point it is fair value for money. Had a pretty view out over the lake too.

The walls were really thin and when a family of 4 next door spent an hour getting ready at 5am with screaming children, this meant a bad night's sleep. Could be more information and recommendations provided on surrounding area. Reception could be more inviting.

A nice, comfortable stay!

Very nicely appointed hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but very nice with a lovely bathroom. The mattress was a bit firm but comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony. A very nice breakfast, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The shuttle to and from parking was very helpful as well!

Lovely hotel in Sirmione.

Good location close to all amenities, and the regular ferry to explore the areas of Lake Garda. Sirimione is a wonderful place very busy at times plenty of shops, lots of restaurants to choose from so the hotel is in an ideal place. Beautiful view from my room cannot fault that. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and welcoming which is very appreciated when travelling solo.

You can hear alot of noise from other rooms some of the time. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only bottles of water, but there is a fridge available in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, convenient location.

Rooms could do with a little update. There was an issue with my booking that wasn’t resolved, I didn’t get a response until after the cancellation period, therefore was charged full price for 2 rooms whilst only needing one.

Amazing stay in Sirmone

Location was amazing, in the middle of the old city, close to good restaurants, lake, shops. There is amazing Jamaica beach, 900m from the hotel, there is service if train (golf cart) if you choose not to walk. The best in the hotel is stuff as they are truly amazing, amusing, helpful. We are looking forward to coming again

Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again

The location of this hotel is great. And if you need to park there is a fantastic shuttle situation that couldn't be easier or more convenient. The room was very clean and had a full length mirror, closet space, a mini fridge, and was a decent size. The bathroom, and shower in particular were small, but seemed newly updated with modern, clean fixtures. The a/c worked well. The staff was nice. Breakfast was mostly a traditional Italian spread - pastries, cereal, meats and cheese, but they did also have bacon and eggs. Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again. It felt like a good value for a hotel in a very busy lakeside town.

The bed was very firm and the pillows pretty flat and flimsy. The elevator could be slow but we often used the stairs anyway. The lobby is kind of plain and made me think the rooms wouldn't be as comfortable and clean as they actually were. Not a big deal at all, just an observation

The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The balcony view was beautiful. The staff were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Everything was just a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious.
