Perfect Hotel

The room with lake view is well worth the extra. Big and clean. Water in fridge and soap in bathroom. Safe box. 1 english channel (maybe 2). Lovely small breakfast but enough (toast, Cereal, crouissants, meat, cheese & egg. Cakes, fruit, jams. Hot/cold drinks. Great location between peschiera (small but lovely) & sirmione (castle and little streets. Very pretty (highly rec). Staff amazing, smiling and so helpful. Great restaurant to the right and very reasonable

Bus was outside but not many and bus stops a long apart so make sure you know times. Bed i found a little firmer than others but nothing really to worry about.

Bed was very uncomfortable. There is no noisei slaying at all. Everyone walking by the door is heard, may have just left the door open. It was loud.

It was beautiful here in the fall, and I can only imagine how wonderful it must be in the summer.

We had a room with a view of the lake, and it was magical! The breakfast was quite varied, although there was no scrambled eggs (they were available for an extra charge). The staff was very friendly. Guests receive a 10% discount in their restaurant for lunch or dinner (the restaurant’s menu is very tasty). There is a supermarket and a bus stop right across from the hotel, which is also very convenient.

The pillows are firm and quite high.

We stayed at the hotel on May 08-10. We booked a room through booking: two nights - 330 euros. The room was two-room (number 9). But it turned out to be without a balcony and we were offered a smaller room (room 22), but with a balcony. On the booking website, this room costs 113 euros per night. The hotel could not count due to booking through booking (so they said). We ask you to return your assistance and return the difference in the cost of the rooms to the bank card. About the hotel: good location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

We had a room with a lake view. It was very clean. The outdoor spaces here are pretty great. Beach access and loungers to watch the sunset - plus an outdoor restaurant terrace and yummy breakfast.

Great location close old city center

Very nice rooms and great location with splendid view over Garda Lake. Easy to reach the old city center of Sirmione from here, good restaurant, free parking. Second time we stay here.

Great place to stay

It is a small hotel, in a very beautiful area. The rooms are clean, the design of the hotel is generally old style, there was a slight “old” smell in our room but it was almost unnoticeable. We had only breakfast included, a lot of fruits, creal bars, cereals with milk, sausage and cheese, coffee, tea, juice or water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

- The private pool and access to the lake creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere away from everything - Helpful staff - Hotel bar provided free watermelon late in the afternoon so guests were properly hydrated - Pet friendly (10 Eur / night) - Views from the property/room

- The hotel rooms were quite dated and had very small bathrooms (small shower space, legs crammed against the shower when sitting down on the toilet) - No balcony in the last room available to us - No lifts, so had to hurdle the bags up to the last floor - We weren’t able to extend our stay and decided to stay in the heart of the old city of Sirmione, which I’d recommend to most for just a little extra cost (closer to attractions, restaurants and lake access has clearer water)

Great location

The location was perfect ! Situated front of the Garda lake and the view was amazing!!! The room was very clean and had all the facilities! The swimming pool was lovely and you could see the lake from it ! The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee bar with yummy little patisseries . The staff Was very welcome! he place has a private car park And it situated in a lovely street full of shops and restaurants

The breakfast could be better ! But the waitress was very welcome
