better then expected

there is a kettle inside the room and they offered us a lot of coffee a lot of tea and all the accessories that comes with the room. we love their breakfast which was very very good, the room is bigger than expected, very bright... there's a balcony there and room is very comfortable

there isn't a lot of stuff actually that's wrong... maybe you could say the entire floor are tiles which are very cold so you need slippers... the shower is a little smaller than expected and air conditioning it takes a lot of time to warm up the room, but actually the room temperature is quite okay so practically you don't need it... so small stuff only if you have problem with details

Warm welcome great location..short walk to local restaurants but the hotel has a fantastic restaurant on site which we would recommend. we dined there both nights comfortable well equipped rooms Exceptional staff especially in the restaurant Lovely clean pool area all in all a fab stay

The staff working at hotel were very friendly ,room very clean .We use the restaurant for dinner was very delicious.Pool was clean and in good condition.

Breakfast can be better .We have a dog and with the dog can seat only outside at the restaurant and day time is really hot under the sun cause outside terrace ist not prepare for a breakfast,umbrellas and tenta (for shadow ) was close .

Amenities in rooms, dental kit on request free of charge, easy and quick checkin and checkout, very very friendly staff from the reception to breakfast staff. Turndown srevice in the morning hours. The rooms were a good size, had a small fridge and nice and comfy beds. The breakfast was good and the restaurant downstairs was wonderful. There is a large supermarket very close by. The location is great, close to everything (by car) but not too loud or crowded. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

You need to bring your own shampoo etc. Maybe it's the standard in Italy but that was unexpected. The pool was not heated.

fab hotel, great location, nice pool!

This hotel is a little treasure in Colombare. The staff are great and our room spotless. the pool is fab and there is a small one for the little ones too. we also really enjoyed the restaurant.

the breakfast is good but is more quantity over quality. however the staff and the coffee are wonderful!
