Perfect stay

Perfect place to stay near one of the best parts of the Garda lake. Just in a few minutes walk from the beautiful coast line. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. And a buge plus was a private parking in the front of the hotel. We really like our stay.

Lovely family run hotel.

This is our 2nd time stay. Its a lovely family run hotel. Everything was perfect. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is quiet. Parking available in the garden. Kettle and tea tray and fridge are available. Air conditioning was very good. The bus is one minute walk away. 2-3 Euros to the castle grounds. We love staying here.

Keep the hot water tap running for a bit till you get hot water in the shower. Note, there is no lift.

Great vacation

Even thou is a just a two stars hotel and being an old family house built in the 60s when the area was just a fishing village, it has its charm which vintage furniture but still fitted with all facilities of a comfortable stay, such as AC, fridge, TV and hot water . The owner met us o arrival, such a lovely lady! Speaking a little bit of Italian was very helpful for me. Location is far from the busy main road and with outdoor garden where can spend quality time in the evening - get some protection spray for the mosquitos. Bus station to reach the caste is just few meters away from location, very convenient - don't bother to buy the tickets from the machine in the bus station but pay directly to the bus driver, cash or card. If you come by car, there is a parking available at the hotel, free of charge and the best is to use the bus to get around Sirmione. Parking at the castle location is quite expensive. Next to the hotel location there is also a bicycle renting shop, if you prefer this method of transportation. Cycling is quite popular in the area so the drivers are very much aware of cyclists and patient enough to allow them to ride safely in the busy roads.

Great Location including on-site parking!

The biggest plus about the are the location and the onsite parking. The beach is only two minutes walking away. The old city of Sirmione is only 30 minutes walking or you take the Bus. The owner and the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is air conditioning and a balcony. The other guests seemed also very relaxed.

It is an old accommodation and could use a little freshening up in some places. But that doesn't mean that we felt uncomfortable.

The lady who is running the hotel is very friendly and nice, wants to help in every situation. Hotel is placed in a great location, driving proximity of Old Town but there is also a bus station within a few minutes walk. Situated in a tucked up place near the main road, quiet and surrounded by trees with the private garden. Private parking in the front. Room was ok, nothing special but enough for a few days. Bathroom was spacious.

Maybe the room could be a bit larger for families.

A warm greeting by the very friendly family. We enjoyed staying at their quirky family home - now hotel. Appreciated their invitation to leave our car there whilst we explored beautiful Sirmione. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Very close to the beach and 2km from the Sirmione castle. Very friendly staff, basic supplies in the room (tea, kettle, water). Very convenient park place (valuable in this location).

The place needs refreshment inside the rooms. Air conditioning did not work (likely it would be fixed with a longer stay). We had a basement room with the usual attractions (like a small lizard).

This place - the hotel itself and the room look actually way better in the reality than on photos. We were pleasantly surprised, because the price was one of the lowest in this location at that moment. Personnel was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Just a very lovely stay, very near of Lago di Garda, I would recommend this hotel.

It was a lovely room with airconditioning and lots of space in de 2 bedrooms (familyroom). And we had a large balcony with a beautifull view of Lago di Garda. Our hostess was very kind en caring and also housekeeping was very good. We loved our stay there.

We didn't have breakfast, but found al lovely place nearby.

The location was great and the staff were really friendly. Room was cozy and clean. There was nothing to complain about. I would recommed this place if you go to sirmione.

This hotel has many positives but would benefit from significant changes in management practice

This hotel has car parking and is located close to the main access route into Sirmione old town. Our chosen method of transport was by bus once the car had been parked. This is an excellent and cost effective way of visiting the town(ticket cost 1€ 50 single bought at the stop machine); The hotel is comfortable and the rooms well provided for.

"The breakfast" amounted to a tray of assorted biscuits and sachets with a cheap kettle. As far as I could see there was no fore warning of this and others went to the basement expecting something rather better. The location of reception was also to be found on the lower ground floor, but not without the kind intervention of a cleaner. The lady in charge did not prioritise guests, preferring to spend time on her mobile phone. When not so employed she was warmer in her approach.

Excellent place for the weekend

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and with lots of nice small things to make our stay even more comfortable (snacks for breakfast, chocolate, etc.). The hotel's location is perfect, Garda is just within 100 meters! The territory is very green. And last but not least for us, the presence on the territory of the hotel of an adorable cat who enjoys so much the hugs :)

it was really run down, we seemed to be the only people staying there which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. There were baby spiders EVERYWHERE and I ended up with lots of little insect bites…The owners were nice but a little strange, something about the place was just off

Good price-value-location

Great location, 2min walk to the nearest beach. Parking was available for free on site and we were given free drinks as well. Aircon was working and operational, very important on hot summer days.the host speaks also German.

Barely anything to say, except maybe that the bathroom mirror was a bit too dark tinted. One can barely see oneself.

Superb

We chose the accommodation as a one-day stop on our way to a summer vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, the size of the room and the location. Parking was right next to the accommodation. There was a promenade nearby, so we only had a short walk and walked all over Sirmione. The breakfast was good, so overall I rate the accommodation very well and definitely recommend it.
