Definitely great!

Location is fantastic, room was very large, breakfast very good, parking next to the room, large patio available. We were there in the winter, but we would definitely come back in the summertime, Sirmione is awesome!

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the friendly staff.

For checkin and check out they send you to a different place. The rooms dont have drinking water bottle, electric ketlle, glasses.. toileteries are a bare minimum.. its more like a private room to sleep in with no amenities....more like a room in a villa..

Great value for visiting Garda lake.

We got a lakeview room and it had amazing garda river view. We got a small balcony in the room so we enjoyed the river view very much. The position is excellent to stay close to lake in tranquil area. The breakfast is various, delicious and abundant. The service is great too. All.of the staffs were kind and polite.

There were some dust in the room. I am a bit allargic to dust, so it was a bit bothering.

Too small for a stay of more than 1 night

The location was exceptional

The loft is very cramped. The ceilings are low, and I'm short, and there is no ventilation. Trying to get luggage up 3 floors was a challenge.

Comfortable stay. Food in restaurant excellent.

Clean and comfortable rooms although quite small and basic. Slept well. Friendly reception staff, at check in at least.. Lovely views of the lake. Quite a trek to Sirmione old town on foot, but shuttle buses available. The food in the restaurant is outstanding and the view across the lake is just beautiful.There is an outdoor terrace to sit on or you can rent a bed in front of the lake. Alternatively, you can use the pool at Villa Pioppi, about 750m away and this is a lovely pool. However, service varies. There is a man called Kai who was always extremely pleasant - he was always so attentive and the cocktails he made were particularly appreciated. Some of the female staff were, unfortunately not as attentive and were often sitting outside looking at their phones instead of the customers, but I would still recommend this hotel overall as a good value stay in Sirmione.

After eating at the hotel on our last night (Sunday 7) we were offered a 5 per cent discount off our bill as guests of the hotel. When I questioned why this had not been offered to us on all of our previous visits, the female staff became quite aggressive and blamed us for not telling them that we were guests. Obviously, no-one had told us that we should mention this or else we would have done. And it was kind of obvious - we were in and out of the bar/restaurant area all the time - even a couple of times asking to take food up to our room. This has slightly spoiled our experience at this hotel.

Good days have gone...

Room cleaning service, parking near the hotel.

Misleading information - breakfast was served at another hotel (150meters from original location, no crosswalk through street dying in traffic), limited one coffee cup during breakfast, slow wi-fi, old-dated rooms and furniture (needs renovation), no lake view for the customers (photos from outsourced pizzeria alocated in same hotel). Compared to visit a year ago (when family business approach was present) this visit felt like business kept for self-running, without any focus to the customer.

Chilled beach location with choice of restaurants and beach cafes

Great location just one minute from Lake Garda. Friendly staff. Loved the beach and beach restaurants. Delicious Gelateria nearby. Fridge in room. Proximity to bus stop. Change of towels every day. Breakfast was ample.

Lack of storage in bedroom. Uncomfortable mattress on bunk beds. Breakfast was across a busy road at a sister hotel - not overlooking the beach, as suggested by the pics on the website.

So close to the beach which was great, and close to transport links. Delicious breakfast, the restaurant is gorgeous. Spaceous family room 3A. Lovely staff.

The hotel room safe wasn't unlocked for us on arrival, the pool on the photos is a few hundred metres away to walk to at another hotel - this could have been advertised more. The wifi didn't reach us in this room. It only had 3 European plug sockets the rest were different style.

- great location, close to the lake and walking distance from the historical centre - good value for the money - good for a shorter stay - free parking - quite comfortable bed - clean - lots of restaurants around

- the room was quite basic - didn't have any glasses for water, no hairdryer, etc. - you can hear noises from the hallway, for us it was bearable, not sure if you are a light sleeper

Amazing

First of all, thank you for the friendly staff and everyone that works there. We booked for 1 week. The rooms are a little small, but clean and everything you need is there. The breakfast is good, and you have a romantic fenomenal view while having breakfast or a drink at the bar. You can park your car at the accomodation, and just leave the key and they will take care for it when you need it if you come by car. The location is perfect and there are many restaurants and bars. Also so much to do on the lake. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit lake garda/sirmione. Our terrace was also amazing. Thank you so much!

Amazing view and location, bad isolation.

Amazing location (bus station 30m away, historic city nearby, Jamaica beach nearby (both 3min bus ride away) beach right in front of the hotel, Gardaland 18min drive with car, Verona 35min drive away, lots of nice restaurants and bars) nice staff, nice room, amazing view from the restaurant. The location really is too good to be true. The room is comfortable and it has great air-conditioning which you can moderate as you please.

Even though there are a few things we didn’t love about the hotel, the pros, such as location outweigh the cons. The cons: - the room wasn’t isolated, you could hear everything from outside - at breakfast there wasn’t much variety (a bit worse than an average 3* hotel) - there was a lack of closet space.
