We loved everything! The room balcony, the view from our room was amazing. We used the indoor pool which was absolutely perfect!! Made our holiday even better since at this time of year the outdoor pool is too cold. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was satisfactory.

We had a lakeside room with lake view. When we opened up the curtains the WOW effect was incredible!!!

We loved the intimate and personalized service . Nadia provided a great service , she was very helpful in helping us with our 3 day itinerary. Anna is also very good with customer service and she is a great operator for the morning breakfast. She is great with customers and staff.

Maurizio the bar man . He either needs some time off to rest or training on customer service. Good attitude in the hospitality business is essential.

Fabulous hotel with lovely pools and bar terrace area. Super appointed rooms and large balcony to sit on and look at the beautiful lake.

The breakfast was good but we expected better from this 4 star hotel. Compared to others we had sampled on our tour of Italy, this hotels offering was a little disappointing. Our only negative!

Brand new sparkling super helpful best hotel in Lake Garda

The hotel Europa is a brand new hotel that is situated in sermione overlooking Lake Garda. It is run by a brother and sister who run the hotel with a smile all of the staff are local and do absolutely everything they can to make sure your stay is as happy as can be. For example Patricia on reception helped to us with local knowledge telling us how to navigate around using the local shuttle bus which cost two or three euros each also where to see amazing views after the lake which restaurants she would recommend and she even used her Italian to book us into some restaurants as our Italian was too poor to do this. The pool is brand new it has a padded bottom and lovely glass around and is in the sun all of the time there is plenty of sun lounges there was never any difficulty getting a sun lounger in the sun there is a rooftop terrace with non-stop sun the breakfast was local fresh and varied the room was cleaned each day the location is perfect because there is a shuttle bus a short walk away that takes you directly to the main part of sermione. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. You can hire Cycles from the hotel. There is a small beach slash garden area with sun lounges and umbrellas on it that is within touching distance of Lake Garda itself with a private jetty out where you can get into like Garda safely.

We got a private taxi transfer that cost 85 euros from Verona Airport to this hotel a beautiful brand new black Mercedes van amazing however on the return leg we tried to save a little bit of money by using the local bus and I would have to say avoid this at all costs this bus service is unreliable and you will struggle to get your bags on it just pay the sum to get a private taxi transfer do not rely on the local bus service.

An all round lovely vacation with idillic tranquil views right on the lake with all staff being extremely friendly &

I am quite accustomed to 5 star hotels. I personally could not fault one thing all round regarding this hotel. A couple of small issues with the lift but that was just funny as the staff are immediately there to sort that out very menial. The photos do not do it true justice we had an amazing time in this tranquil located paradise hotel with amazing views. We would not hesitate in using the hotel again. The hotel has been modernised throughout from top to bottom.

Excellent stay!

Staff were so friendly and hard working. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and we had a wonderful view across the lake. Hotel is so clean and tidy. Some pictures on review sites still exist of the old hotel before renovation which made me nervous but it is brand new top to bottom.

Best place in Lake Garda

Everything was amazing!! I want to thank Mrs. Ana who helped when me and my wife needed most. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything: bedroom, pool, restaurant and, of course, all the kindness received from the staff.

Fabulous stay - will be going back.

Stayed here for 3x nights in the "new" block, the accommodation is lovely, with a nice big, clean shower area. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area is excellent, never an issue for sun loungers. A nice 25min walk to Sirmione.

The first night we couldn't get the air con to work - the patio sliding door handle needs to be in the "UP" position not down for it to work - feel it could do with a little note in the room to let you know.

It is a nice hotel in a convenient location.

The room was large with a large balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Breakfast was excellent, in a beautiful restaurant that also served excellent dinner. The hotel has ample on-site parking, and an elevator.

The beds are not very comfortable and the hair dryers are hard to use.

Super location and excellent service

Beautiful location, great size room with enormous bathroom and spotlessly clean. Free bike hire was great and good choice at breakfast. Must try the restaurant as although it is run separately it is delicious and great value for the quality. Only wish we’d realised sooner.

PERFECT LOCATION

I loved everything about this place - beautiful view on the lake, quiet, not in the center (but if you want to go there it’s only 10 minutes by bikes which are for free in the hotel + the bike path is next to the hotel), free parking place in front of the hotel, big garden, clean pool, private beach and pier. The room and bathroom were quite small but clean with amazing view on the lake! Moreover the breakfast was very good and the food at the restaurant was super delicious! Also staff is really nice and very helpful. Me and my family spend great time here :)

A great place for your relaxation.

Nice place with beautiful view on the lake, very quiet, good parking place, big garden, clean pool with sunbeams, couchettes and private beach with pier. Perfect restaurant is part of hotel and nearby are more others restaurants, bike path. The staff will do everything for your satisfaction, borrow towels, bikes, other hair dryer, fresh mint to the Mojito ... no problem, it was amazing and very helpful. For me and my family it was nice spent time there. Thank you,

great deal

the hotel offers a bike service for free. This was a very big advantage! the hotel is a few kilometers from the Sirmione centre, but the fact that they offered bikes made this very accessible. the private beach and pier is also really beautiful there were a lot of restaurants nearby

the rooms were quite small and not every room has a balcony, but we didn't mind that much because we were only there for 2 nights. If you go for a longer period, I would recommend asking for a bigger room in advance

Wake up and have breakfast directly at the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at Europa Hotel. All the employees were very friendly, spoke English and German. We chose the hotel mainly because it has a charging station for electric cars and we could use it every time we needed it. The view of the room with Lake view is fantastic. We had a small balcony with 2 chairs that we also enjoyed to drink a beer in the evening. The hotel also offers free bikes that we used to reach downtown. It was a very easy ride and very convenient. We are very glad we chose this location because the traffic closer to Sirmione is chaotic. The breakfast was super complete and we also had dinner there and it was great.

The lake view rooms are in the old part of the hotel. Therefore the bathroom is quite small, specifically the shower. The mattress and pillows were a little too hard for our taste. The room could be a little bigger, but we didn't stay there that much.
