The localisation was really the best, just in the old part of the city but what we liked the most it was delicious breakfast!
The hotel from outside looks really nice but inside it was a little bit old and needed renovation so for sure I wouldn’t have given it 4 stars, also we heard everything from opposite rooms. What we didn’t like the most that we didn’t have kettle in our room and glasses for water, just plastic cups.

We had a very good stay at this hotel.
The location is perfect — right in the historic center, close to the lake and the thermal baths, ideal for exploring Sirmione on foot.
The staff was very friendly and attentive, and it is clear that they make an effort to ensure a pleasant stay.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and coffee is freshly prepared on request — it was excellent, despite some other reviews mentioning its absence.
The hotel is a bit dated, but everything is well maintained. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The location is very convenient. The staff is also exceptional.
I can see why it is rated 4 stars - it definitely was once very fabulous. But now it needs a lot of renovation.

Staff was very friendly
Was to far to walk from the car park, if I knew I will not booked ,
Furniture to old sockets are loose child can touch the wires , I think rooms need inspection by the manager,
