Sirmione is a beautiful town The rooms are in a nice location in town

The location is not reachable by car You have to park and catch a shuttle The place was unattended Restaurant staff feigned ignorance and were not helpful at all despite being owned by the ‘ hotel’ Check in was chaotic with remote conversations not being heard through the on-site camera We finally got instructions to walk to Mabinogion hotel to drop off luggage They said they had some security problem so no staff attending Don’t know… The guy at restaurant has a cash register in the little lobby Why he couldn’t have notified the owners that there were two families hanging around puzzles me …hes obviously affiliated with them yet he made no effort to help or reassure Great welcome 😒 Why they couldn’t have left a note to say bring luggage to the other hotel puzzles me … We milled about with the other family who had younger kids with them wasting precious time The room was very basic The shower floods easily so be careful of shower head There wasn’t even a glass provided in the bathroom yet they own restaurants I seldom write negative things but I need to be truthful This area is not suitable if you have a car I think they need more staff They have restaurants too but it seems they’re just overstretched I did not want to go to any of their restaurants after that initial encounter I’ve never bothered to really pay attention to reviews like the one I’m now writing, thinking that it won’t happen to us but now I know how it can affect the mood and even the impression of a whole town Silly … but after the long stressful drive it was the last thing we needed I prefer hotels Real hotels with staff who can help This is not a hotel and should not have that title They are rooms I don’t want to hurt a business but I just feel that there’s got to be more attention to detail if you’re in hospitality otherwise it feels like a money grab

Dirty room and dirty staff

Infested with ants, they were everywhere! The dishonest staff (Mostly Misha the receptionist) promised to find a solution with booking.com, but turns out they are big fat disgusting scammers. Stay away from that place, it will ruin your stay in Sirmione! Otherwise the room was old and dirty (full of hairs there and there when we arrived), if the restaurant in the floor below is the same mess, no wonder the insect infestation. Just don’t sleep there, not worth it.

Good for short stay

The location was great and the bed was comfortable

There is too small restroom and shower in the room. Also, my plane was delayed and I arrived at 11 pm (1 hour later), I warned about it in WhatsUp (It was mentioned in the message in the booking that from March 2025 it has implemented the new 24-hour reception service), but I have to go to another hotel to get my key, unfortunately no one was at the reception.

I could not have picked a more perfect place. Just a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal.

From the second I saw the building, I liked this hotel. The sign itself was beautiful. The restaurant is in front of the hotel & looked very inviting. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful. We arrived a little early, but she checked to see if our room was available & luckily, it was. All of the rooms are name after flowers, not numbered & have little painted plaques next to the door of the room. The room was immaculate! And when I opened the wooded shutters on the window, I fell in love with the little balcony view of the clock tower to my left & the main cobblestone street to my right. There were beautiful bougainvillea flowers across the way and on the corner building. Later on, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. I had the veal cutlet & my friend had the lamb shank. Both dishes were superb! If i could give this place 11 stars, I would!

Honestly, I couldn't think of anything. It totally exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again if & when I get the chance.

Lovely hotel right in Sirmione centre

Brilliant location, helpful and friendly staff. We paid £50 for one night late deal and that included parking and 10% discount on pizza restaurant downstairs. Great value for money and super clean. Restaurant downstairs was beat meal we had in Italy

Superb

A gorgeous little hotel perfectly located in Sirmione, the staff were very welcoming and the receptionist was so lovely and very helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the noise from the street of deliveries to the surrounding businesses they start around 5.30 am, but that is not the fault of the hotel and my husband and myself would book to stay here again
