Friendly Staff and Value for Money

The Hotel Vittoria was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and gave lots of great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Although the hotel could do with an update it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty. The location was great as it was away from the centre of sirmione and the crowds and was only a short bus journey away. There were also great transport links for the bus to Desenzano. Pescheira and Verona. Lots of great restaurants in the area of the hotel as well as a coop for any bits you need. The pool was great and good for a chill day. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay the only thing I could suggest would be updates in the corridor and rooms.

Nothing

The hotel is extremely unhygienic. The bathrooms in both rooms were full of pubic hair. The sheets did not smell good and the rooms were smelling pretty bad in general. We told it to the receptionist and she gave us new rooms which were nothing better. The exit and enterance for the hotel after the reception closes seems like a place from some horror movie.In general a horrible experience.

Lots of good surprises

This hotel had so much to offer, we didn't get to experience it all, the pool and lounging area in particular. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean. Great location for walking into Sirmione and for getting on main roads.

Parking was limited so difficult to find a space at times but again, the staff were very helpful getting us a space The bedroom was small

Lovely family run hotel. Close to the centre and east to walk up to the old town and the castle. Supermarket close by for essentials like water etc. stunning breakfast in the morning and as not a huge resort hotel, not manic and busy and stressful. Really lovely environment.

The rooms were a little tired and dated. But fresh clean sheets and towels and lovely and clean so overlooked that.

There are family rooms and nice breakfast

Nothing like in pictures, we were sent to park on the street because parking was full after a storm. When parking was one of the reasons we choose the hotel. Bathroom had some mold on ceiling. The old part of town is not in walking distance.

Amazing place, lovely staff.

The property was lovely inside, well cleaned and modern. There was a pool which was a bonus, for the price we paid it was such good value. Garage to leave the car so it was safe and they served a great breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly!

Everything was ok, only a few details. Hotel has a garage, but the entry is too narrow, so it is fast impossible to park in with a very long car (for example A6, Superb, Insignia, V90...) Bathroom a little bit small for us.. But it is probably standard in this location - not a really problem.

One nigh stay

We only stay one night on our way to France, but can imagine to have longer stay here. Wery nice staff, bar with friendly prices and good location. Breakfast was very good too.

Everything was without any complaining. The hotel is not brand new. Therefore some areas might have reconstruction in near future. But still very nice hotel and with excellent stuff.

My family and I was really impressed by Hotel Vittoria. The staff is always kind and smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was very good, and everything fresh. Cleaning done perfectly and the place had a great atmosphere we really enjoyed. Would be more than happy to return again some day :)

Nice small hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast in the morning. Room was clean & tidy. Nice pool for relaxing with sun loungers. Close to amenities; bus stop, supermarket, cafes/trattoria. Enjoyed staying here & recommend for a quiet hotel away from the old town hustle.

The bed was harder than I prefer & the A/C was somewhat noisy.

The only good thing about property is staff. They are very polite, friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very old, it is nothing like the pictures. Rooms are poorly equipped, bathroom is at least 40 years old. Walls are thin and you can hear everything and everyone. People next door were screaming until midnight and no one warned them about disrupting quiet time. 0/10 would not recommend.
