The location is great for getting around and excellent for visiting other parts of the area

Location was good for getting about and main bus route. Good breakfast and restaurant.

Needs some TLC and decorating and furniture needs updating. If you are going to have the swimming pool open in the autumn months, then you need to invest in a leaf blower/sucker to remove the detritus from around the pool area.

Disgusting room...

The rooms are a disaster. They are old, falling apart, and neglected. Water from the air conditioning dripped into a bucket the entire stay, making it impossible to sleep. The toilet was constantly running, and the walls are damaged and water-stained. In short, it's disgusting.

disappointing, over priced for what we got , wouldn't return

Location was OK but a bit far out. And the lady hast was very nice

breakfast was poor. I only booked this because it said it had a swimming pool. but when we got there the swimming pool was closed and unavailable. had I known this I would not have booked. it was in my search filter. breakfast was poor, there were flys hovering around the meat and the it was strange layout, the breakfast room was actually a nice room but needed utilising properly. In fact it was the worst breakfast in the entire stay in Italy and we moved around a lot. Wifi was poor. decor was fairly terrible.

I loved staying at this placed

We loved the location, staff, restaurant and my balcony, breakfast on the terrace, swimming pool is lovely! Having laminate flooring in the room instead of carpet was amazing!!! I am allergic to dustmites, and carpets have always been my nightmares. I was so happy to see hard flooring in my room!

Our shower didn't have a draining tray and enclosure, so we always ended up with so much water on the bathroom floor. These are interior designer's and maintenance issues which do not reflect on staff personalities and performance but would simplify guests' stays and turn it into a perfect experience perfect.

Quirky hotel, in a convenient location.

I was greeted by a lovely lady who went above and beyond to show me where my room was, how the key card worked and helped me with an adaptor as the wall plugs have now changed to three pin sockets and I only had the standard 2 pin EU adaptor. The hotel is very quirky, with doors that are gloss green and gloss red, very French Italian. The location is perfect for heading into Sirmione, and there's a shuttle that stops just around the corner, €2 each way. The lake front is also just a short walk away.

The pool couldn't be used due to a storm in the two days before I arrived. I know that can't be helped, but it was disappointing that they hadn't been able to have it cleaned. Room 126 was very dated, the window opened onto a fire escape, and the bathroom was extremely dated, with the shower just a trickle and the flush sticking. The bathroom was very very dated and actually was a tiny wet room from the 60's.

Lovely hotel close to the main town of Sirmione

This hotel was awesome, very different but clean and the staff was super friendly. We were originally only supposed to stay for one night but ended up staying a second night because we loved the place and the area. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was clean and quiet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I hope to come back again one day.

Tasty breakfast, , I like location, excatly next to bus stop to Sirmiona. Very clean Swimming pool area and room. Room is small, but with nice balcony. Nice and helpful personal. Thanks a lot for hospitality ;)

A good base to explore Lake Garda for a few days with no need for car hire.

Friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Really nice pool and pool area. Very convenient both for bus from and Verona and shuttle bus to old town. Good value.

A pleasant break.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Quite well-located with the lake itself and a range of restaurants etc very close by, though three kms from the centro storico and all attractions there. Pool was never overcrowded. Breakfast was very good.

Room was very small and its location meant that the shutters could not be opened without a total lack of privacy. Bathroom was tiny. Hairdryer useless; if you need one take your own.
