Checking in was very smooth. William was very friendly and helpful, very professional. Parking at the hotel is a huge bonus

Very stressfull and for the first time so insecure epecially with the kids.

As genius level 3 at booking I made regular reservation for my family 2 adults and 3 kids. On my booking app I have all the info saved and they apear as I choose 2 adults 3 kids. We arrive at the hotel at 2 AM so they told us that we didn't put the ages of our kids so we had to pay 500 euros plus of the price that we paid online. So we had to pay. Than they gave us our apartment which wasn't at the building of the hotel but the house across the street which was renovated inside but still smelly from the basment and no renovation outside was made. First time after many reservations done on booking we get this unpleasent experience.

Great place to relax and enjoy the town of Sirmione.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the room all the amenities one would need, including a door code which saved having to worry about keys. This hotel serves an amazing breakfast with everything one could ask for in the morning. The staff, especially Michael, were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the fact that I was able to store my bags prior to checkin.

Just a very minor complaint - the bathroom is fairly spacious and I feel that the shower was a bit tight and could definitely have been made bigger. I am not a large person, but felt a bit cramped taking showers.

Modern Comfort at Hotel Mauro, with a Few Stairs to Climb

Hotel Mauro impressed us with its exceptionally spacious and newly renovated room, offering top-notch facilities perfect for our family's needs. The modern amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the charming garden setting, which added a lovely touch to our morning routine. The staff's friendly demeanor contributed to an overall pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

While the hotel has many positive attributes, its location, similar to our previous stay, was a bit distant from Sirmione's historical center. This might be a drawback for guests wanting to be closer to the main attractions. Our specific room required navigating more than 15 stairs, which proved challenging with our heavy luggage. Although other rooms had elevator access, our assigned room did not, which could be problematic for guests with mobility issues or excessive baggage. Lastly, while the breakfast was tasty, the limited options left us wishing for a bit more variety to choose from.

Loved the renovated clean rooms, private large parking, and that dogs are accepted and allowed to have breakfast together.

Tv has no English movies or channels. There was some noise from the inner yard.

Nice affordable hotel in Sirmione

Quite a nice place well located in Sirmione. There is a free parking next to the hotel. Amazing breakfast. It seems that the rooms were renovated quite recently.

When we were there they were renovating the space around the hotel, so it wasn't really nice and quite noisy. The location is generally good, though need to understand that it's like one hour from the historic center. No kettles in the rooms. Bed linens are kind of synthetic... This was the worst

Currently being renovated. Our room was renewed, quiet and clean. Good location for Sirmione. Good breakfast.

Rooms were small and there could have been screens on the windows. We did not open the windows as we knew about the mosquito problem but why not have a screen instead.

Very friendly staff, nice location, looks like it’s currently being renovated, after which I would rate the facilities 4/4 (now I gave 3/4). Again, just want to highlight that the staff was great - we bought some prosciutto di Parma and they let us store it in the kitchen’s fridge :)

Great place to stay in Sirmione with on site parking.

The location and the parking were great. Everything was very clean and all as described. They had a very bad hail storm two weeks earlier. Windows got smashed and there was a lot of damage to the roof etc. The staff did an excellent job in getting everything done to make our stay possible. Fantastic people. Breakfast was all fresh and great choices. A great place to stay in Sirmione.

Enjoyed every day of our stay

Staff was super friendly and helpful, there were plenty of breakfast options. The room was very comfortable and spaceous for two people. Only a short walk to the waterfront. The old town of Sirmione is a bit of a walk, but the scenery more than makes up for it and the busstop is less than 2 minutes away. On-site parking was a bonus!

Nice option for a one night stop

1 night stop on our way to our final vacations location. Rooms were cleaned and well organized. Easy access with car and shuttle to go downtown few min walking distance. Nice breakfast to start the day … Staff was really helpful. Mixed up a bit our booking but they fixed it without any problem

Air con water dripping on the roof next to our window so could not really benefit fully from the super quiet environment

Rooms are simple but clean. No remarks.

Location is not the best but also not very bad. The breakfast could have been better: we had to clear used dished from other people away ourselves to make room at a table to eat. There was no staff to be seen until the end of breakfast to clear dished away. We also had no forks for example. The food itself was okay, but nothing special. Not worth 8,6 rating in my opinion.

Superb

The room was quite small, as was the bathroom, but very clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was varied and we had the opportunity to have it on the hotel's terrace. It was a buffet breakfast. I can say that I had a pleasant experience, and the hotel is adequate for a 3-star hotel.
