Location was amazing. Right by the castle and the lake. Very convenient. Everything was very clean. The balcony was very nice too. Communication was very prompt, and I appreciated that I could leave the luggage in the lobby until we left in late afternoon.
This didn’t effect us because we didn’t mind, we only had carryon luggage but the stairs going up to the 3d floor are a bit narrow and challenging if you have large suitcases, or if you have mobility issues.
