Loved, loved the receptionist (pic attached). She was very kind. Even the restaurant staff is amazing. The hotel is located inside the castle zone, so the location is amazing.
Try not to carry huge luggage there. You will have to drag it on the cobbled road, which can get a lil tricky.

Location was perfect, in the heart of Sirmioni. breakfast was the best we had in our cross Europe trip. The room was very nice/spacious. The receptionist was exceptional, catering to our every need. The veranda was a wonderful haven.
Keep the top Veranda open in the night. Taxi / trans during peak season is hard, reserve a car before you get to lake Garda if peak season.

For the money the facilities were dated and not value for money.
