Amazing stay

Fantastic location right in the centre of Sirmione. The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like a VIP guest, sharing recommendations and calling restaurants on your behalf. The room is good size, with a kettle and a mini fridge full of free sofas. The bathroom has plenty of skincare samples. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of savoury and sweet options. The private parking is just outside the city (a 6 min walk, or there's a shuttle that can take you back and forth). Sirmione is lovely and would love to be back.

The room is soundproof but at some point during the night there was a weird noise coming from the Aircon inside the room. Luckily it stopped after 30 mins. There's a glass wall in the bathroom, making it impossible to use the loo in the night without waking up the other person.

Incredible location, warm and gracious staff, you'll be taken care of!

Incredible location right in the heart of Sirmione. They have a very organized shuttle that picks you up from a secured parking lot outside the historic center. The space is fresh and clean. Tanina and all the staff were so warm, gracious, and extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants or sight seeing. Every place we ate that she suggested was delicious. The included breakfast at a cafe around the corner (literally a few steps only) was incredible. Served at a table and many selections of food plus coffees, fresh juice, etc.

Perfect location in the very center of Sirmione. Hotel is super clean. Staff goes above and beyond attending to your every request. They literally walk you everywhere you need to go in town. Very convenient arrangement if you drive in. Free parking and they drive you into ZTL. Best full breakfast we had in Italy also!

The hotel Is lovely and convenient to everything in Sirmione. The staff is unparalleled! Tanina is amazing , gracious and so helpful. Other staff as well. Every suggestion made by the hotel staff was fabulous…wonderful thermal spa and the most fabulous restaurants. The included breakfast is fantastic . Sirmione is beautiful and we’ll be back all the way from San Diego and we’ll stay here!!!

Lovely property and absolutely amazing staff!

The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning which can be controlled in the room, very welcome on the warmer Italian days. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from organising a day at the spa, recommending and booking outstanding restaurants, and giving the warmest welcome in Northern Italy! I will definitely be returning when visiting Lake Garda.

Stylish hotel in the centre of town.

Location was perfect, a stone’s throw to the castle. Although because it is right in the middle of the village there was no view out of the window. Fortifying very new and stylish.

The breakfast provided a good choice and quality was good but the service was not perfect. The bed is a tad too soft for me.

Outstanding location and outstanding service

Everything started splendidly when, on arrival, we were told that both rooms our group had booked had been upgraded to premium rooms. The rooms were wonderfully spacious, clean and with a delightful view of the old city. Service was faultless - excellent recommendations of things to try, and restaurants to visit. Location is perfect for walking tours in the old city, and the shuttle to/from the private parking was exceptionally convenient. And you'll want that private parking too if you visit by car - the public car parks were unbelievably full when we stayed. The included breakfast was delicious - a range of hot and cold, savory and sweet dishes with delicious fresh pastries. It would be easy to eat enough that you wouldn't need anything else for the rest of the day!

Exceptional concierge creating a great tourist experience!

This hotel goes out of its way to make sure you have a special stay in Sirmione. From a great breakfast, perfect recommendations for meals and activities for our family, rooms well positioned, we could not have been happier with our stay.

There is nothing particularly special about the building - no gym, pool, etc. The value is from the location and the service that you get from being there.

Friendly and luxurious

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful-helped us with making reservations, gave us excellent food recommendations etc. the room was stylish, clean, great showers and lovely products to use. Our only regret was not staying longer! Also the breakfast is absolutely worth mentioning-we had it on the square and the service was 10/10.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Sirmione

What a fabulous little hotel in the centre of the town -a great location. We arrived by ferry from Garda Town and it was a 2 min walk to the hotel. We had a great welcome and able to check in early for which we were grateful. The room was lovely - comfy beds, spotlessly clean and great aircon which we needed as it was super hot. The bathroom, although on the small side had a great shower and some very luxurious toiletries which we used. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with cold drinks and snacks that we didn't have to pay any extra for. Breakfast was also very good with a selection of hot and cold food. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and organised our taxi transfer to Verona airport allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave mid afternoon. Would highly recommend this hotel .

The only downside was that we were only in Sirmione for one night, would have loved to have stayed longer.

Beautifully appointed room in a delightful hotel - sparks joy!

It’s right in the middle of the old town and the room with the bathtub is absolutely lovely; you can even catch a glimpse of the lake from the bathtub side window. Tanina and the staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. Tanina’s recommendations on where to go and what to do and where to eat were spot on - she’s extraordinary!

There isn’t a writing desk so my husband worked on his laptop on the tray table which was a little low and not very stable

An amazing location and an even better hostess!

Tanina was the best hostess we’ve encountered. She was so friendly and had tons of ideas for what to explore not only around Lake Garda but in Italy; she is so knowledgeable about food and location - everything we tried per her recommendation was well worth it. The room was very nice - modern, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was exceptional - right in the centre of Sirmione. There is a car park a short while back where we could drop our rental and then head by a cart to the hotel.

An amazing hotel that we would love to visit again

Wow. We parked at the suggested nearby car park and received a free shuttle to (and from) the hotel. At first I thought we had made a mistake because it was such a nice place and in an amazing location. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and showed us around. The rooms are clean, modern, and just feel fancy. The location couldn't be better - you are in walking distance to everything. We could not believe how good breakfast was, and how well we were looked after. Visiting here was the highlight of our trip. Do not hesitate to book a room here!
