Location is amazing and unique, hotel staff is attentive and helpful, breakfast and room is a good value for money (stayed in the middle of March)

The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of town. Brilliant views of the lake. The hotel was very central to everything.
There was an incident in our room due to the floor being very slippery. My wife fell over and injured herself. The staff within the hotel at that time were no helpful towards what had happened.

Location was superb, right on lake. Fabulous views. Breakfasts had great service and selection. Rooms clean.
