Great location, good spa and very good breakfast

Room was lovely. The spa was amazing. The location is superb. The cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast there was lots of choice and very fresh. Perhaps could have had a daily special just to make a change.
The only thing we could fault is the waiter service in the restaurant. One morning we waited 20 mins for our coffee order and another 20 for it to be delivered. The main waiter was only friendly and efficient if you were Italian. However, big shout out to Bilal, Marium and a couple of the other girls who were great. At dinner on the day before we left, we had booked a table but left after about 25 minutes because we hadn't even been asked if we wanted water. When we raised this with the senior waiter he just shrugged his shoulders . Such a shame because everything else was great and we had a brilliant holiday.

The spa and thermal bath. The hotel was beautiful! Great breakfast! Dinners were delicious!
My mattress was very stiff. Once the AC was controlled it was comfortable.

Location is great
No idea how it’s considered a 4 star hotel… very old, not very clean, a/c barely working, food was not the best.
