Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very modern, clean, peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, they have all kinds of food, we could also charge our car. The centre is close, basically perfect. Would recommend to everyone.

We recommend staying here, everything is excellent.

The staff is polite and friendly, parking is right next to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. The room is modern and well air-conditioned. There is a swimming pool, a cozy courtyard, and you can also swim in Lake Garda. The sunsets from the terrace are wonderful!

Great location next to the lake - best staff

The staff are the best !! Nothing is too much for them and they’re all super friendly :) They even agreed to turn down the music on their TV in reception as I could hear it playing through the night. The pool is lovely and the hotel is right next to the lake so you can enjoy a lovely view and even take a dip !!

The metal ladder in to the lake burnt me .. please change to a material that doesn’t heat up so much 🙈 I could see others struggling with this too..

Incredible staff, incredible location, incredible experience!

We loved the staff and the location! It was perfect for walking into the heart of Sirmione and right on the Lake. Views were stunning, and we even got to have a drink out at the lake in the evening before bed. Great experience! The staff were incredible. They were so pleasant and friendly and even helped us get a taxi when we were leaving, despite how busy they were they called around to ensure we got to the train station in time!

The electrics in our room (001) were not great. Only one of the plugs worked, which wasn’t ideal for getting ready and charging our devices, but we made it work, and would still return.

Lovely Hotel with Pool, Parking and Sunset Views.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the entrance to the old town. Lovely spot right on the lake with direct access, which was great. The swimming pool was really nice too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety during the two nights we stayed. Free parking was a bonus. We also got to enjoy some amazing sunsets from the hotel garden in the evenings!

Great location to explore Sirmione!

The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. We have stayed here twice - the first time we had a small room but it was very comfortable and convenient. The second time, we had a bigger balcony room on an upper floor. In both cases, the bed was comfortable and showers good. The location is just outside the walled city which meant we could drive and unload our car with minimal difficulty. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Vinci

There were moments traffic would be congested near the entrance to the hotel, which is directly across from the entrance to one of the large parking lots in the area. The hotel had available parking for both visits. Like many European hotels, parking was tight but never a problem. We were happy to discover the parking garage under the hotel on our second visit. It was not big but it was available, which is a positive!

Helpful staff but rather disappointing stay

The property was in a great location, the breakfast was excellent

We chose this hotel for its spa facilities which it says were included in the price on booking.Com. When we asked to use them we were told it was an additional charge which was very disappointing and we felt deceived by booking.com, we would have gone to another hotel for less money. The lady on reception was kind but we were extremely frustrated and she was confused why booking.com said the spa was included when it isn’t, we weren’t offered any compensation for this. The room was incredibly basic with minimal amenities, there was no shampoo and you had to pay for water. The plug sockets by the bed didn’t work and another socket was broken. There were marks all over the walls. To top it off we went to watch tv in the evening (as the bar was closed when we got back at 9pm) and the previous guest had been searching adult content which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At very best this is a 3*, certainly not 4* hotel. We weren’t offered any compensation or resolution and were just told to contact booking.com who are yet to reply.

Lovely hotel for exploring all that Sirmione has to offer & visiting neighbouring villages across the lake

Great location, lake view room, new modern design & always very clean throughout. The service was also always very prompt

Only small things but not having tea & coffee facilities in the room wasn’t ideal. You could get it from reception but at an extra charge. If not in the room, I think it would be better to have hot drinks available downstairs included within the booking price. The plug sockets in our room by the bedside were not compatible with our European adapters. As a newer hotel we thought there might have been USB charger ports but there were none We booked a lakeside suite, which was a nice room but the balcony was very small. Those on 1st or 3rd floor looked better- I’m not sure if they came at an extra charge
