Parking right outside the hotel is very convenient, and the pedestrianised area of Sirmione is only a 10–15 minute walk away, with a few restaurants nearby too. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly throughout. Our room was quite spacious with a stunning view of the lake from the balcony.
The room had an slightly odd shape with sloping ceilings, which made some of the space unusable — particularly near the TV area where you had to be careful not to hit your head. It's not a deal breaker at all, but worth being aware of when booking.

Fabulous location, easy walk to the walled town, great to have car parking & very modern functional interior
Air conditioning (heating) was stuck on 28 degrees, boiling hot in February. We asked for help which was useless. Ended up leaving the balcony door open all night which reduced the temperature sufficiently.
