Customer service from the ladies of reception and the bar was exceptional. They were so helpful. Great massage. Loved the location and the choices of lake swimming, pool or Sulphur thermal pool. Great room with lovely views.
The constant towel exchange system. Breakfast was average. Organised a private boat trip for 2, but it was not a small, sophisticated boat(large tourist boat for 30 with just the 2 of us on it).

Location perfect and lake access, sunbathing areas nice together with overall wellness area good.
Breakfast, and food overall very average and service terrible unimpressed with the staff and never felt once that I was a customer of priority - maybe to many package deals where the average guest has lower than someone who has visited Italy many times…
