Room was not clean, no lake weav and walls are way to tin.... listen naber room dogs and person snore all night.

Great location, very friendly staff and breakfast was very good. Rooms and scramble for sunbeds a little disappointing.

Location was very good. Breakfast/lunch bar was good. Jetty access to lake was good. Pool was good to have and clean etc. Staff were all very helpful and nice.

Quality of the beds. Quality of the furniture in room was not good. Room was a little too small for us. Jetty and sunbeds need repairs/replacing. Missing a toilet by the pool.

Relaxing and very enjoyable 3 days

Everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a lake view, the bathroom was modern and very clean and bed was comfortable . Great to have a pool and hidden gem of the jetty with sun loungers and be able to swim in the lake Would definitely come back x

Excellent family run hotel, very friendly staff, great facilities and breakfast in the garden was very pleasant each morning. The hotel also has its very own pier which is kitted out with loungers and umbrallas, with swimming access on Lake Garda - magical.

Fabulous location with amazing hospitality among the hosts & great breakfast.

Excellent location right in the city in the control zone. Easily passed through the restricted zone due to pre planning initiated by the owner. Nice balcony and in fact during the Saturday night, there was a surprised fireworks across the lake and the view from the balcony is perfect. Fabulous pre arranged selected breakfast & treated like VVIPs with wonderful spread of breakfast in a rustic grand Italian style, so romantic it is. Great hosts by friendly and hospitable family members. Pre arranged parking right Infront of the accommodation.

Would be great if the host could inform us beforehand that driving through the narrow restricted zone, there are automatic traffic control light for vehicle to halt if the light is red & move on when it is green. Though we were stopped by the traffic warden, he understood we were aliens and not aware of such special arrangement.

a very enjoyable holiday in a very unique hotel

it was unique, very different to anywhere I have stayed before. I liked the fact it has been in the same family for 50yrs. The Interior is quite retro and arty, and beautifully done. It was away from the bustle of the old town but within easy walking distance. The staff and family were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and even more enjoyable sitting out in the garden under the olive trees. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day at the pool bar. The area by the lakeside is beautiful with sun beds and the option to order refreshments. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will definitely return.

ideal for trendy travellers on a budget.

we loved the location in the old town. it had east access to shops, bars and restaurants. the pool was a god send after a hot day of exploring the town. the rooms were quirky and typically Italian as was the whole hotel. the staff were very accommodating, booking us taxis. for the price, you can’t beat it. as sirmione is a very expensive place to visit.

the jetty was lovely although not suitable for swimming in the summer months as the water levels are low. no appropriate plugs by the beds (but there are plugs in other places in the room)

Sirmione peninsular (and this location in particular) is a trek to get to if coming in on public transport - if staying at this hotel, I would recommend you book a cab from either the main bus drop-off point or direct from the train station.

I would never return to the hotel, even if I choose to go back to Sirmione again!

Location was perfect! If you travel with car, make sure you book a parking space in front of the hotel - it is paid, but worth the money! The hotel is 100m away from the spa center! The personnel was helpful in making a reservation for the spa! Breakfast was excellent, although there is no block table - you have to pick things you would like to have in advance once you check in!

It was cold, they did not have heating in the hotel, although there was an air conditioning, which did not work on purpose! The bathrooms were not fully equipped, quite old and some of the facilities there were malfunctioning - the toilet, the shower cabin! Rooms are quite narrow and nonfunctional!

Very nice staff, nice rooms but a very small portion of the view was the lake, good for a short visit.

No option to make coffee in room, was charged 3 euros just to have a drink while waiting 25 minutes for check out. When you arrive by car you need to drive inside the ZTL, they assist you with authorities but you still need to drive inside the city where all the people are walking.
