Excellent stay with helpful and serviceminded staff at a wonderful location just at the Garda lake.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They anticipated our needs and were always proactive. The location is perfect with excellent pools (one extra warm spa pool outside), view of the Garda lake and pier from which to easily go to swim in the wonderful lake. The hotel is within an easy and short 600m walk from Sirmione old town which has lots of restaurants and shops. The castello di Sirmione is also there and is very impressive. It’s easy to take the shuttle bus or boats to reach other places in the area. Verona was 1hr by airconditioned bus. The Verona airport was only 40min ride in the morning with taxi.

Very nice hotel but fell short on breakfast for the value

Lovely staff

Breakfast buffet was not of the quality and selection that it should have been. Fresh eggs and omelettes should be free of charge. Also you can hear neighboring rooms. Not good sound control between rooms.

Lakeside hotel with great views and well placed for Sirmione town

Hotel in a great location right on the lake with a nice pool and a terrace overlooking the lake. The room was a good size with a decent balcony space. We had booked a partial lake view room and got probably more than I was expecting. Staff were helpful.

The hotel is obviously investing in its wellness facilities to compete with other hotels in the same area. However despite it saying the policy was no under 15s in the hot tub there were lots of children including babies in it.

The location, the hotel and our entire stay could not have been better. Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were super clean and tidy. All food at the hotel was great and it was in a brilliant location.

The only thing was when we wanted to use the spa on one rainy day, it was unfortunately out of order, but not a problem at all in the grand scheme of things.

Great location on the lake

The staff were quite rude, not as welcoming as we have had on other parts of our trip and an unwarranted arrogance which is a pity. There wasn’t the desire to help, and a general disdain in responses - perhaps they don’t like small kids but then they should make that clear in their policy

Good and quiet location but very close to everything, direct private access to the lake.

The breakfast is very basic. Why not bring the best cheese, sausages, pastry Italy is famous for. This would not require much more money. The veggies and fruits might be also better. Small thoughtful effort here might produce much better reviews, more clients and eventually profit for the hotel.

Superb

The staff were all very friendly and professional; the location is fantastic, close to everything, but quite, has a beautiful view of the lake. It’s by the lake and can easily go for a swim. We only had breakfast and lunch there but all very good, fresh, a lot of choices. Lunch food has large a portion and we could not finish, all very tasty. They even gave my kids hot chocolate and steamed milk for breakfast. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and spa. It was a very relaxing stay.

The room is a little old and simple, and sound proof is a little poor, Wi-Fi is a little weak. There was a thunderstorm at one night, so the power was on and off, however, despite all of this, we still enjoyed our time here.

Really lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Garda with a great pool

The location was perfect, overlooking Lake Garda on a little promontory that ensured a steady cooling breeze. Both pools were spectacular and unlike some of the hotels closer to town, there was plenty of space in between the loungers so that you could enjoy a conversation without others overhearing it. Speaking of space, the ample parking lot was great, as were the daily breakfasts.

The rooms were surprisingly spartan and stood in stark contrast to the public facilities. No coffeemaker in the room, which, with breakfast not opening until 7:30AM was a panic for this early riser. Walls in room were bare and toiletries the bare minimum. Breakfast closing at 10AM is also a problem.

Exceeded our expectations, the location was amazing. The room was a good size, it was fairly basic but had everything we needed and was clean. The pool and lake area were the stand outs and the hotel itself was lovely with very friendly staff. Stunning town and the hotel is in one of the best locations.

We traveled with an electric car, destination charger was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. However, once the reservation of the hotel was made and when we asked for details about using the charger, it was stated that it is not free of charge (which was not clearly stated in advance), and the price is fixed regardless of the amount of electricity consumed (in comparison, charging of the full 75 kwh battery costed less on the chargers we regularly use in that country). Further, it wasn't clearly stated that the (heated) pool in outdors (the pool was the other reason why we chose this hotel, and we stayed there during early spring when it was pretty cold outside).
