A Fantastic return

We stayed here three years ago so when we returned to Sirmione we were always going to stay here and so glad we did. It was as good as before, very friendly attentive staff, very clean, a lovely ambience, comfy rooms and the breakfast is fantastic. Lovely Spa and Pool but we didn't get to use them this time. It's in a very quiet peaceful area and only a short walk to the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend 👌

Exceeded expectations, perfect spot with added cats and dogs

This is a gorgeous place, with beautiful muted colour furnishings in the main area, giving an overall sense of calm and peace. Spa area very relaxing, pool and pool bar Great. Clean and fresh everywhere. Lovely terrace for breakfast, with a good choice, and a glass of fizz of you want it. Fresh fruit available in main areas of hotel. Short walk to main centre. This hotel welcomes dogs, and there was a resident dog in situ who plods around. There are also a number of hotel cats who are well kept, well trained and well behaved and happy to be fussed, which added a nice homely feel, but don't worry, no pet smell. Good Housekeeping and products in the bathrooms.

A wonderful end to our honeymoon

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff were always so helpful, answering any questions when we had them. The room was spacious and we loved how the staff would swap your pool towels for clean ones every evening. The spa was incredible- easy to book and lovely facilities. There was no fighting for sun beds at the pool which was a bonus. We liked the location, away from the business of the old town, but close enough to walk there in 10 mins on an evening. The choice for breakfast was lovely- and you could order freshly cooked eggs to the table. An animal friendly hotel. We loved seeing the cats around living their best lives. Great options for lunch by the pool. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!

Great staff, views and facilities

Friendly and efficient staff in all areas. Showed genuine interest in our wellbeing and always tried to exceed our expectations. Very smart furnishings and lovely decor.

The only issue....Room doors did not 'soft-close' so occasionally we heard a door slam shut. The spa was busy so booking in advance essential.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from. I loved the restaurant, crisp white linen, silver cutlery, everything was of a classic and beautiful standard. The gardens and outdoor space are very pretty and well maintained with a wonderful selection of plants. Spending time around the pool was very peaceful and relaxing. The spa and the facilities are outstanding. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional and their multi lingual skills were much appreciated and admired.

The bed pillows were too hard for my liking.

We had to ask for an upgrade as our booked room had no balcony. This was expensive.

Evening meal did not cater for vegetarians. My husband had to live on soup and cheese board.
