A lovely family run hotel that felt very homely and comfortable. Great location and we had a good- sized room. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The small gift on departure was a lovely touch.
Nothing we didn’t like but a little more variety of items available at breakfast would be good. And tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would be nice for us British!

Great location, close to walk into central Sirmione and to port and castle, but far enough out that it is quiet and more peaceful.
Staff booked us a good transfer back to airport and were helpful and friendly.
Bed was comfy and room clean, shower was nice
View from balcony of the lake was good
Voucher provided to use on food and drink in hotel restaurant
On the balcony, there was a strong smell of sulphur due to nearby spa/ springs which meant we couldn’t really enjoy/ make use of the balcony as much as we would have liked.
Payment required for extra breakfast items which are simple and should be included in the general breakfast.
No coffee machine or kettle in the room to make hot drinks which would have been nice and a limited number included at breakfast.
Rooms could use a bit of refurbishment

Location, breakfast, wonderful hosts-owners. Parking spot on the premises was convenient and a neat experience to drive through Sirmione to get to hotel.
First day there was a sulfur smell we think from the nearby hot springs/spa.

The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. Fabulous newly updated Restaurant. Outdoor seating has a view of park and trees all around. Hotel is quiet as it is located at the other end of the pedestrian shopping area but just five or ten minute walk away from it all.
