The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. Fabulous newly updated Restaurant. Outdoor seating has a view of park and trees all around. Hotel is quiet as it is located at the other end of the pedestrian shopping area but just five or ten minute walk away from it all.

Such a lovely hotel in a great location, in the heart of Sirmione but far enough away from the crowds. We were welcomed with a smile at reception who gave us information on the hotel and personally showed us our room on the first floor. We had a DBL with balcony and lake view. Very comfortable and clean.
Fresh daily breakfast, plenty of choice and lovely staff. We spent a couple of hours on the sun terrace which has lake views, and it was so peaceful and relaxing.
There are no Tea/coffee facilities in the room
