Location is amazing. Having stayed in many properties in lake garda over the past 20 yrs this was definitely up there with the best.

The staff was very nice, answered messages promptly, and we even received a huge chocolate Easter egg when we stayed there over Easter. It is also very affordable, especially when considering the location right at the Lake and in the middle of old town.
There is no reception with staff and despite the hotel knowing when we would arrive, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait in front of the door for a while until someone finally showed up to check us in. The furniture of the room is also very dated.

The location was super great. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions.
I was pretty frustrated that on Booking.com this property was listed as two queen beds,(which was one of the reasons that I chose it over other options) when it was actually only a queen bed and a sofa bed. This needs to get corrected for listing accuracy. Also the check in was an unexcpected process, but it did work out, for future guests to get into the hotel you have to contact the host with your exact time of arrival, so they can message you the details of how to get in when you arrive. There is not a lobby or anything like that(which is fine)but I was thinking there would be one.
