Nice location but disappointing services

Location - middle of Sirmione old town.

I am very sorry and we do not mean to be disrespectful to the owner/ cleaning staff but based on booking reviews, I was expecting to find a decently clean room. It was not. We never want to leave bad reviews and we ignore small things that bother us so we don't hurt the owners too much, but here there's just way too many, so I am sorry in advance if this will hurt you, but you should consider it constructive criticism and improve these for future guests. I will list everything what we were very disappointed for, for a clear reference: - Dust everywhere - on the wall lamps, on the coffee table, on the coffee station, in the bathroom, on the night stands. - The windows are full of stains. - There are literal birds nests in the walls - i could hear them in the corner above the clothes rack. - Walls are dirty and full of Marks. - The curtains are see through and have small holes in them and giving that the wooden doors in front of the windows only close from the outside, anyone can simply open them and see everything in the room at all times. It is not safe nor comfortable to know that! - The first thing I’ve noticed as soon as I walked in was that The floor was dirty - good thing we had slippers from home. - We were not left with enough hand soap in the dispenser so after two days we had to go and buy soap from the store. - The soap stand in the shower is barely holding into those two small screws so it is simply useless in that state. We were left with some small shampoo and body wash samples (that we did not use) so giving the fact that they were there when we arrived, the person who placed them must have notices its state. - The shower is full of mold, as well as in between the grout of the shower tiles. - The towels smelled like paint or like they were bought in bulk but never washed.

Right in the centre of historic Sirmione. Couldn’t have been positioned any better. The lady who serviced the room was lovely. So helpful and kind. Large comfy bed, great air con, large terrace area to sit outside.

I wish I could stay here longer!!

Perfect location in Sirmione, everything is so close and good restaurants right next to you! I love the terrace as well. I was surprised by the reasonable price as well compared to the size of room and the location.

Everything is perfect, but not so many outlets to plug in. maybe I couldn't find it. I wish they have one more lights as well.

The porch and proximity of everything (Sirmione is quite small, so it’s really easy to get around) made it so easy to relax.

There was red stains on the ceiling, from what I imagine is paint.

Great stay with dog

The host was very kind and helpful in accomodating my needs, both for check-in and check-out, and also gave plenty suggestion on what to do during my short stay. The room was big, clean and in a perfect location, and despite being in the historical centre it was quiet at night. It was my first experience travelling solo with my dog, and everything was great. I'll visit again for sure. Thank you very much!

amazing location, right in the heart of old town, spacious and homely, beautiful spacious patio that you can sit and hear the buzz of the town without having to be in the thick of it. 12/10 would recommend to anyone to stay there and would visit again

Centralna lokacije.

Nastanitev je bila obupno umazana, luči niso gorele. Na posteljnini in brisači so bili lasje. Ko smo se je lastnih nehal javljati na sporočila. Namestitev smo zapustili in si poiskali drugo.

Schicke Unterkunft - leider sehr laut

Sehr schöne Wohnung! Sehr freundliches Personal, welches uns noch mehrere Flaschen Wasser geschenkt hat. :) Super schnelle und gute Kommunikation, Shuttle zum Parkplatz nach unseren Wünschen organisiert. Alles super geklappt.

Preis leider etwas hoch. Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut! Über uns aus der Wohnung. Dort wurde anscheinend Party gemacht und Möbel gerückt, so dass wir kaum schlafen konnten bei dem Lärm. Das war sehr schade. An sich war es allerdings super.

Lugar lindo, adorei

Chegamos no local que fica dentro do centro histórico, muito perto do castelo, e como estavamos de transporte publico, foi muito facil achar o hotel. O quarto já estava pronto; é confortavel e espaçoso e encontrei tudo que precisavamos para descansar depois de passar o dia passeando. A pé fizemos passeios para conhecer os pontos turisticos e o barco de passeio pelo lago estava mesmo ao lado do hotel, alguns minutos de marcha. Pena não ter conhecido o responsável pessoalmente. Adorei o local e a cidade❤️

A unica coisa é que o quarto é um pouco antiquado.

Im Herzen von Sirmione

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, Die Terrasse ist riesig und die Loungemöbel mega gemütlich. Nachts ist es leise und dunkel, obwohl man mitten drin ist im Trubel von Sirmione, noch dazu über und neben von Restaurants. Das W-Lan ist super und der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach war ein überraschendes Add-on. Es gab Geschirr und eiskaltes Wasser stand für uns bereit. Das Hotel gefunden zu haben für den Preis, quasi direkt neben Strand, Burg und Fähranleger war echt ein Glücksgriff.

L’emplacement était bien et la chambre spacieuse.

Les équipements auraient pu être mieux : la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas car les piles étaient cassées. La douche est très très très étroite, il faut être mince et pas très grand.

Heel erg fijn!

Echt een mooie plek dichtbij alle populaire plekken waar je wil zijn. Ook in een rustig straatje dus geen last van geluid van buiten. Een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Al met al super.

Het enige wat iets minder was is dat het nogal gehorig is vanuit de buren. Op een gegeven moment kwamen er gasten in de kamer boven ins en daar hoorde je alles. We zijn ook wakker van ze geworden in de ochtend. Maar dat is dan ook oorecht het enige.

Die Lage in einer Nebengasse abseits des Hauptstroms der Touristen.

Das Mobiliar war antiquiert und zum Teil beschädigt (Aussenmöbel). Anderes funktionierte nicht (TV, Haartrockner). Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Der Kühlschrank (mitten im Schlafzimmer war laut). Die Dusche war sehr eng (eine übergewichtige Person wird Mühe haben, die Kabine zu betreten).

Lokalizacja super. 🙌 Dostępna kawa, woda i lodówka. Parking zapewniony, ze względu na lokalizację trochę daleko - co jest zrozumiałe.

Brak okien. Jedyne okno to drzwi, które trzeba zamknąć na noc. Wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia.

Soggiorno rilassante nel centro di Sirmione

Posizione centralissima e vicina alle terme, personale disponibile.

Durante il soggiorno c’è stato un problema con la caldaia che è stata prontamente riparata anche se ha continuato ad emettere un rumore molto forte e durante la notte sono stato costretto a spegnerla per poter dormire. Spero abbiano risolto il problema.

Soggiorno in centro a sirmione

Struttura in pieno centro di sirmione, a tre minuti a piedi dalle terme. All’esterno una terrazza in comune con dei bei divanetti. Io avevo la 105, dove c’è la zona sala diciamo con divano, Smart tv e macchinetta del caffè con bollitore, separata da un muretto dalla zona letto con il bagno. Era tutto pulito e c’era tutto il necessario per passare un bel soggiorno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di anticipare il check in e di usufruire del grifo parking ( che oltretutto ha il servizio navetta sia andata che ritorno) tramite un QR code che il proprietario ti invia.
