Location, location, location! & an excellent breakfast.
This was in a great part of the walled city and right next to the Terme!
Rooms were a little dated, but that didn’t bother us.

The roomsize is typical of European hotels. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing but I'm sure it would be very hot to sit out there in the summer. In October, it was fine. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet and very clean.
The bedside lamp was totally useless if you wanted to read in bed.

Great location, staff was very friendly and always tried to help. The breakfast was good and had a fine selection of different options. Allergies could have been provided by the staff.
Pretty rundown property and water leaking from the floor in the bathroom. Everything felt a little old and could use a good renovation.
But you can try different luxury chairs in their lobby, if this is your thing.
