First Class hotel I’ll definitely recommend and would stay again if in Sirmione

Very nice hotel about 400 metres from the ‘old town’. Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the piazza and on to the Barracuda restaurant. You can just about glimpse the lake through the trees. Fantastic breakfast taken in the garden. Very helpful staff including the porter who helped to drive my car out of the garage with very narrow curves.

No on site restaurant. Shower was over the very slippery bath, low water flow in shower

staff was very friendly

the rooms are really fancy and look stunning,,,,,,, but, terrible to use. you can't adjust the AC by your self, you have to call the reception. The people who can do it on their app are not working nights. Someone has to come to the room to do it manually. Nobody told us that the AC is not working if you don't lock the balcony door, no AC for us at night. The beautiful designed room with hot tub has all the walls in glass, even the shower and bathroom area, I love my husband, but I still like some privacy!!!! AC if its on is pretty loud.

Location is amazing. You have access to the castle by walking few minutes. Staff is so friendly. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is very nice. We enjoyed a lot being there.

The buffet should mention what meat they have and they should have more options as non-pork meat, vegetarian and vegan options;

Nice place, nice hotel

So,....hotel is very well located, right at the entrance of the fortress. It is a nice hotel, quite well located in terms of the view from the rooms. The breakfast is good, the terrace where it is served is exceptional. Like many places in Italy, problems with GSM signal, but all in all it's a place to rest. Parking is private, underground, but the area is quite difficult to use for a larger car or SUV

The staff...I can't say they are very friendly. It responds to requests but treats customers with an annoying superiority. The hotel is quite unkempt and unrefurbished. Many areas of it I think should be renovated. However, I think it is one of the better options in this area.

Perfect Getaway

Hotel was ideally located. Just outside the busy old town centre but within 5mins walking distance. Fantastic views from pool area to both sides of Lake Garda. Hotel and its facilities were very clean with daily cleaning of rooms. Breakfast was included and there was plenty variety. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help, even going the extra mile. Would highly recommend this hotel. A nice bonus was a little shop and Thai massage service which was located right beside the front door. Perfect relaxing getaway!

Central hotel

Very close to the historic centre. Lovely boutique hotel. The room was small but comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the rooftop pool because it was raining but it looked lovely. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and welcoming.
