Gorgeous!

What a lovely hotel. Great location, lovely staff, room was gorgeous with amazing views. The restaurant was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. A week of relaxation and indulgence. We really can’t fault this hotel and the stay we had there. We will definitely return.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Location is excellent and everything else was very bad

The staff is very rude they are not professional and not friendly at all. Rooms and toilets are always dirty even at the check in and always there is a bad smell in the rooms. Body and face massage not up to the standard at all although it is a spa hotel.

A fabulous hotel in an excellent location. After the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sirmione it was a peaceful sanctuary to retreat to.

The smell of the thermal pool was extremely strong and unpleasant at times.

only minor things - the ordered egg dishes at b’fast were disappointing + coffee pods in room not topped up - required to purchase.

A luxury treat with perfect swimming access to Lake Garda

Incredible private sanctuary by the Lake to swim, sunbathe and have delicious breakfasts - and only 30 seconds to the Castello and other sights of Sirmione

It did not bother our party but it is worth noting that the thermal spring water pool on site does have a smell that some guests may not like

Beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast selection. Helpful, friendly staff. Relaxing spa & pool areas. Great location for Sirmione old town.

We upgraded our room to have a lake view, which was beautiful but felt it very overpriced. The balcony was tiny and barely room to sit on it. Only provided with 2 standard coffee pods, had to pay for additional ones and we were staying 6 nights @ approx 650E per night.

Spacious , clean , comfortable room. I liked having the security gate - it was a very busy location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the location and view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Loved the spa area and its facilities. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
