Great boutique hotel

Relaxing, uncomplicated, enjoyable.

Our hotel room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a fridge (everything for free including snacks and prosecco). There was also a kiosk next to the reception area where you could help yourselves to free food and drinks, huge selection. We've never seen that before! Everything was operated by push buttons, very modern. We had a beautiful private garden (just for us) with recliners, dinning furniture, armchairs. Very peaceful, quiet and close to the old town (5 minute walk). The staff were incredibly friendly, Viktoria, Claudia and Alex to name a few. The breakfast had everything you could wish for, fresh orange, full English and pastries, sweet and savoury. There was underground parking (valet service) and the entrance had a barrier for security. Viktoria who is the manager gave us lots of tips about where to go and what to do in the town and all around Lake Garda. We stayed 5 nights and did all the things Viktoria recommended.

Unforgettable weekend of switching off and being active

I was absolutely amazed by the attention and friendliness of the staff, we felt like the center of the universe. :) Very tasty breakfast, recommend to book it to your stay. Perk of the place is that several rooms have their own private terrace on the side of the pool. Free minibar with prosecco was the cherry on top. :) Thank you very much for the hospitality, and for the vouchers/recommandations you gave, also very attentive! It was an unforgettable 3 days holiday

Your home away from home in Sirmionone!

The welcome from Georgia was very warm and he made every effort to ensure we were comfortable in our room. The location is outstanding - only five minutes walk along the lake to the historic village. Parking was OK - space is available in the hotel. Georgio and his amazing team of Victoria, Mara, Alex and Claudia cannot do enough to treat you like family and ensure you have and know everything you need.

Cannot think of any negatives, just a wonderful, very special place to visit Sirmione and Lake Garda.

Idyllic locations, fantastic amenities, staff and service.

Amazing location, just outside the old city and great connections to other towns on the lake. Easy drive from Milan. Victoria was amazing, the best service we have received. She waited for our later arrival and made us feel so at home then helped us plan a great day with great local recommendations not just tourist traps.

Absolutely Fabulous!

This little boutique hotel knows how to give 5 star service! The personal touch they give makes all the difference. We were greeted by the lovely, elegant Viktoria who immediately explained the parking situation (they have allocated spaces in a secure garage below) and then she assisted with our luggage. This is when our holiday truly began - we were treated to Prosecco and snacks in a little bar area. Viktoria made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. She explained about boat trips and restaurants (we loved Il Girasole - go there). Breakfast could be served on our terrace if we wanted or we could go to their little restaurant which is what we did. The breakfast was delicious served by a lovely lady who was so attentive. The service by all the staff was great - so friendly. I'm nearly forgetting to mention how gorgeous the room is - spacious and impeccable. Such a huge TV screen. The bed was so comfortable - the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. There is a free mini bar, kettle and snacks supplied in the room.The absolute bonus was water in your room and.bottles of water in the foyer to help ourselves. We have been on a road trip around Europe and we never get water in our room (have places stopped doing this?) so this was a treat (not to mention the bottle of Prosecco in the mini bar). The swimming pool, while it is small, is perfect to take a little cooling dip. I highly recommend Boutique Sirmione as you will have an experience that you won't forget. A score of 10 without a doubt! Thank you Viktoria.

Perfect in every respect!

If you’re going to visit Sirmione you have to stay here. It’s a five minute walk from the castle and parking is free. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The room itself is modern and extremely clean with the comfiest bed so far on our trip around Italy. The free ice cream vouchers, free Prosecco, complimentary mini bar and snacks were very much appreciated. The breakfast is outstanding. Natalia and Viktoria were more than happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit and helped to make reservations for us. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel.

All the staff made us feel like we were family.

Breakfast was excellent. Claudia and her husband Alex made sure we were satisfied, and the presentation of breakfast items were wonderful. The fresh orange juice machine was a big hit for my wife. Natalia was very informative and assisted us for things to see and also set up taxi transportation to Parma for us. The location was just outside the old city and very convenient. They also had someone do our laundry for us for a reasonable fee. The free Gelato was appreciated as well as a stocked fridge with Prosecco and snacks at no additional charge. Georgio made sure we took advantage of our perks.

Wonderful hotel and staff

We had a wonderful stay, but what made it memorable was the staff and the management team who made us feel welcome and like part of the family. We loved everything from the design of the room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the convenient location - a short walk to the castello, the fact that we had the parking included in our stay to the best breakfast we had in all our stays over the years at hotels in Italy. I want to especially thank Claudia for this and her husband for being so kind and welcoming 🙏 💗

Our stay was really lovely for 4 nights. The staff was super friendly and helpful, organising airport transfers and a day trip to Verona with a baby car seat, along with restaurant recommendations! The room was comfortable and clean, and they treated us to a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The breakfast was great too, the best coffee we had in Sirmione. Would 100% recommend and will hopefully go back one day :)

Fantastic stay in Italy's hidden gem

Fantastic hotel, with a warm welcome from all the staff. Welcome drinks on arrival, complementary mini bar and a voucher for free delicious ice creams. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, large TV, all the lights, Air con and Curtains all easy to control with the wall mounted control pad. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and a great location close to the center of the spectacular Old town (without the need to drive in it).

It's a little small Hotel, just 7 rooms, tiny but very comfortable and big enough. You have Minibar for free, a little breakfast corner with Coffee maker in the Lobby with water for free. Just for Info, it's just small things like muffin. But nice to have at least something sweet there, you can just grab it. Location of the hotel, nice short walking to Old Town of Sirmione. Parking for free. (see comments in dislike) But if you book the breakfast, you go to opposite Hotel. (see comments in dislike)

Parking situation. So they have a garage under the building. But it's mostly owned by the other partner hotel, so they only have a little corner for all there guests. So shifting cars is daily business. If it goes bad, your car is blocked by 3 other cars. It's very tight garage, so must be really careful. Because of that reason, they ask for your car key, when you arrive, to move cars. Very uncomfortable situation for me. Just imagine a damage occur to them at your car. But also takes time always. Breakfast in Partner Hotel opposite of entrance. We paid for the breakfast in advance 15 euro p. P. and it's the money not worthy, go outside for breakfast if needed. It was 30 degrees at 10am and buffet was outside located, cheese melting, joghurt in the sun, you could see the pruducts were suffering in the heat. Eggs disgusting. The bread and toast looks old. No quality food. And if breakfast is inside, due to bad weather, it's still too hot in the breakfast room. Would guess 25-26 degrees. I was sweating like hell. There is a lift, again in the partner hotel to the garage, but you are not allowed to use. So have to carry luggage via stairs by yourself. So last day, I just used it, due to injury of my knee.

The only problem was that the air conditioning seems to stop when you leave the room, even if you leave a keycard inside. And while you’re inside the air direction is to strong over the bed. Otherwise everything was great.
