Great position, outstanding views, clean, comfy. Most food good.

Superb location, great view from balcony room. Clean, quiet and brilliant position to visit Sirmione. Breakfast was very good as was about half of evening meal - the rest struggled to live up to the same standards. A replacement alternative meal did arrive quickly. The Dining room decor was less than minimalist which made it feel a bit sterile. Would considering returning for the view and breakfast.

I wonder if it was the real chef for the evening meal, so maybe judge in this context

Very classy hotel, well maintained, worth a stay if you are near Lake Garda.

We enjoyed our three day stay, we upgraded to a room overlooking the lake, beautiful view and sunset, plus wildlife many water birds to watch (if you like that). Great location, 10 minute walk to old town, with bars and restaurants en route. Flat walking and good paths in both directions from the hotel. Staff very helpful with organising things and information. We would happily stay there again

Weekends very busy in the overall area. Limited vegetarian food other than pizza; in the predominantly fish restaurants in the old town (it's next to a lake ) !!

View , outside grounds around hotel , location and room facilities in general. Food and wine also ok

The bathroom needs some more light. Pool was hostage all day to some small children who were diving and jumping as children normally do,but I expect that if the parents don't give a hoot about their children's behaviour the management should intervene to give other guests a break..

Ideal lakeside location, lovely attentive staff and immaculate

Location to Sirmione main island is perfect. Plenty of parking, with many being under trees to shade from the sun. The location on the lakeside was ideal and we all enjoyed sitting on the jetty after breakfast and watching the birds. The staff were charming and attentive. The breakfasts were very good. We heard from other guests that the dinners were superb, but we ate out every night. We will try dinners next time, yes, we will be staying here again… it’s ideal and very clean. The sun sets over the lake are magnificent and the wake up view and sound of the water birds is very special

Great hotel and fabulous location

Very helpful staff from the moment we checked in. Amazing view of the lake from our room and quiet location with just a short walk to the town. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The kettle and fridge in the room was a huge bonus for me. Clean room and comfy bed.

Shower was not very powerful and a little temperamental. Pool was a bit chilly.in May.

What a great find for Lake Garda

The location is fabulous. Quiet enough to enjoy the Lake but walking distance to everything you need. Old town is just a 5 mins walk and bus stop right outside to take you to Peschiera. Staff are phenomenal. Oxana on reception knows everything and is so happy to share her advice and help you with planning your stay. Alberto in the restaurant is an absolute delight, always smiling and making you feel incredibly welcome. Cannot fault any of the staff. Now, the best advice I can give you...have dinner in their restaurant, you will not regret it. Food is delicious, reasonably priced and such a lovely atmosphere.

Fabulous stay

Great lakeside location view easy access via pontoon for a swim in the lake.. Rooms clean and comfortable and all staff friendly and helpful . Good breakfast, parking on site and short walk into historic centre town. Good restaurants in walking distance and easy access to shuttle bus. Perfect location for relaxing after exploring Lake Garda. Highly recommend.

Great Place To Park When Visiting Lake Garda

The best part of the hotel is the location. You can easily walk to the Sirmione island in the middle of Lake Garda. And you have free parking at the hotel. (The parking lots near the hotel charge around €20 per day, and they're usually full. During our stay, traffic police prevented people from driving close to the island because all the parking spots are full. You have to arrive either before 9:30 AM or find parking 3+ kilometers away.) But you get to skip all that nonsense because you have a hotel reservation!! (Although, you still have to fight all the traffic to get to the hotel.) In addition, the breakfast is very good. They provide a variety of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juices, sliced meats, eggs, and bacon - standard Italian breakfast. The dining room has a great view of the lake where we saw swans, ducks, and the occasional fish jump. The hotel has a swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs. The room is okay. Size is standard for the area. WiFi is decent, but can be slow in the rooms. Shower is hot with good water pressure. Bed is comfortable.

We received the hotel room facing the road, so it was noisy from the street traffic. Also, not the most privacy with the window curtains open because of all the foot traffic. The A/C is very weak. At night, it will eventually reach the desired temperature before the sun comes up; but during the day, the A/C loses the battle with the heat from the sun. (And we stayed the first few days in May! Good luck in the summer.) There are quite a lot of bugs, so don't open the windows at night - especially with the lights on. There were also spiders in the ceiling corners, waiting for all those bugs to get in. They didn't bother us, but it's not the cleanest hotel.

Great Location , pleasant , restful and easy stay.

The location was great right on the Lake and only a short walk to the main town. Everything is very close by. The hotel has everything you need although the rooms are a little out dated but absolutely fine with gorgeous view from the balcony. Pool is clean and plenty of sun lounges. Breakfast was generous and most of the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Superb

The beds are comfortable, and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations with a large selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, about 500 meters from Sirmione castle. Grotte di Catullo at the end of the peninsular is a spectacular site and well worth a visit. We would stay here again.

Fab breakfast. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The bar/lobby was really nice place to finish your day. The view of the lake was spectacular. The bird life was amazing any time of day. The room was comfortable, but a little small and dated, although the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was fab. Location was spot on, just a 10min leisurely stroll yo the town, which was stunning.

Beautiful location and surrounding, basic room

Beautiful location by the lake, with a nice pool and access to the lake. Lots of shade where you can hang out. Walking distance from the old center and decent breakfast with lake views. Great value for the price.

Rooms are dated and very basic with light that seems to be from a surgery room.
