Great stay in Sirmione!

Easy check in. Free onsite parking was a bonus! Room was spacious and clean in a beautiful location only a short walk from the water and town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The location is good.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The ceiling height is extremely low, which was not mentioned at the time of booking (it has only been added afterwards). The hotel is incredibly noisy — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so getting any proper sleep is impossible. The staff was also extremely rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns. From the outside, the building looks nice, but the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our bathroom was very old, and water from the shower kept leaking out onto the floor. Overall, this was a terrible experience — definitely not worth the money.

Lovely place, great location.

Air conditioning, fridge in the room, comfortable bed, pool, parking.

The second floor rooms had lower than normal ceiling, which was not a problem for us but if you are over 6 foot tall you would need to be careful not to clunk your head.

A rather good stay so far

The hotel seems new and bright in the outside. It's actually clean as well. Location is good, short drive to the main town and close to the nearest seafront as well.

The parking spaces are quite limited for that many guests staying in one typical night. It seems a bit difficult to park and also take the car out (I booked this hotel because I thought parking right at the premises would be easy and effortless but turned out to be different). That's why this is a bit of a minus point for me. The room looks actually nicer in the photos and a bit smaller and rather plain in the reality. We even got the rooftop room, and it even seems smaller! In short, It did not exactly meet my expectation.

Attention / Economy room is not for people with height more then 140 cm

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. She gave us another room with normal ceiling height after we raised a concern.

When we first entered the room we were given, we were shocked. It was in the attic, with a ceiling height of only 1.40 meters in the bathroom – and I’m 1.93 meters tall. I had to crawl to get in, which was completely unexpected and uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant surprise, and such details should be clearly mentioned in the room description – the space is only suitable for people under 130 cm in height.

Dove riporre ciò che si toglie dalla valigia?

Il personale era molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura è ben tenuta e di ottimo aspetto. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito.

Manca l' ascensore. In camera mancava un qualsiasi armadio dove riporre abiti, camice e biancheria intima. Per fare rifare i letti si doveva pagare un extra-costo.

Localisation, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation efficace.

Odeur très désagréable dans l’appartement dès l’arrivée. Literie peu confortable Simple vitrage aux fenêtres et murs fins : très mal insonorisé. On avait l’impression d’avoir le bébé de la chambre d’à côté avec nous.

Propreté, emplacement , le parking et la piscine Chambre très confortable.

Manque un peu de place dans la salle de bain , la lumière de l’écran de la climatisation qui est beaucoup trop forte, impossible à régler ce qui gêne pour dormir . Pas de chaise sur le balcon .

Хоч цей номер був менше за попередній, але в ньому було все необхідне. Дуже сподобався чайник і набір кави, чаю й какао. Близкість до самого озера дозволяє легко ходити на пляжі у будь-який час. Коли були вдвох із подругоюв іншому номері, їй високій було некомфортно через низьку стелю, а мені при маленькому зрості це не спричиняло жодних незручностей.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Nahe am See und der Pool ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Personal ist total hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Bad müsste renoviert werden. Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre vorteilhaft.

hanno descritto in modo errato i letti: sappiate che nell'appartamento Superior se siete in 3 vi daranno come secondo letto divano letto (non c'é un letto vero come scritto su booking) e di camera ce ne solo una e non due (come descritto su booking). non c'é neanche una bustina di the o zucchero per il bollitore e gli accessori per il bagno erano per 2 persone invece che per 3. prezzo alto rispetto al servizio.

部屋の大きさ及びアカラスなどは素敵で、とても気こちの良い部屋です。キッチンも使いやすくて、キッチンウェアも必要なものも全て揃っています。プールもとても良かったです。

滞在途中一回だけ部屋の掃除をお願いしましたが、応じてくれなかったことは残念でした。（ただ、滞在は１週間未満だったので特に困っていたわけではありません。）また、無料WiFiは少し不安定でした。

Il residence è a due passi dal lago e con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti si arriva nel cuore della località turistica, molto bella anche la piscina. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Para conocer el lago di Garda

La ubicación , el poder dejar el coche en el parking del hotel sin coste . El personal súper amable en todo momento ayudando a todo y aconsejando sobre la zona , está al lado del lago y es un lugar muy relajado , no hay ruidos. La cama es cómoda y la relación calidad precio buena Tiene tetera para calentar agua y te dejan té, y café , un detalle que se agradece, también tiene una pequeña nevera . Hay jabón y champús.

Nos dieron una habitación en la buhardilla , hay que subir tres tramos de escaleras, No hay ascensor . En la habitación había una ventana en el techo y entraba toda la luz desde las 6y media de la mañana , así que uno se despierta . Podrían poner una tela oscura para evitar la luz , pues está encima de la cama .

Struttura perfetta per un weekend di relax.

La struttura è molto facile da raggiungere e da la possibilità anche del self check-in. La camera mansardata è piccola ma ha tutto quello che occorre: un bel letto, scrivania, attaccapanni, aria condizionata, un bel bagno grande e due belle finestre. Pulizia impeccabile e staff super cordiale.

Struttura ristrutturata da poco vicino al centro e con una bellissima piscina molto pulita. La camera era piccolina ma accogliente con un bagno pulito e ordinato. Aria condizionata ottima. Letto comodo, parcheggio interno e staff disponibile e cortese.

Ottimo lo consiglio

Essendo in 4 ci è stato assegnato un miniappartamento ampio luminoso e munito di cucina con tutto l’occorrente per essere autonomi, anche il microonde . All’esterno c’è una grande piscina con sdraio che abbiamo utilizzato serenamente . La posizione è ottimale perché distante 6/7 minuti dal centro storico di sirmione e nei dintorni ricco di ristoranti e pizzerie .

In realtà ci siamo trovati davvero bene . Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di integrare nella cucina la macchina per il caffè …Sarebbe top !
