Perfect stay in Sirmione - highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely perfect - truly a 10/10 stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, warm and comfortable, with everything perfectly prepared on arrival. The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to everything you need. Private parking is a huge plus and made our stay completely stress-free. But what really makes this place special is David, the host.He is fantastic - welcoming, helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about his guests. From the first message to check-out, everything was smooth and easy. You can tell this place is run with attention, care and pride. We felt truly comfortable and at home. Highly recommended - we would book again without hesitation.

The host is the face of the hotel.

The host is the face of the hotel. He is very kind, communicative and helpful. He will tell you where you can go and what to visit - from the famous sightseeing areas, to the unknown bars. Apart from that, there is a big private parking next to the hotel. The room was cozy and had everything you need. No complaints about cleanliness or heating.

If you are a big person, you mind find it difficult to rotate in the shower cabin.

Incredible in Sirmione

We stayed for 1 night and it was. Davide was so welcoming and helpful, show us everywhere to go and how to get there. The room was amazing, really spacious and clean. Had such a wonderful stay and Sirmione was breathtaking. Will definitely be back.

Easy, convenient, friendly, comfortable

Davide was extremely helpful and recommended places for us to go around Lake Garda. He gave us a map and was so friendly. Easy convenient parking for car We stayed in room 2 with a large balcony, it was facing the main road however we didn’t find it that noisy like others have said. The doors to the balcony have shutters that completely black out the room which was perfect.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Massive balcony to sit and watch local life unfolding in the street below. Easy access to cafés, restaurants and bars plus very good local buses to Verona etc. The host, David, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Best kept secret in Sirmione - and the best host

Where do I start? From the moment we booked, until the minute we checked out, David, the owner and our host was nothing short of spectacular. He was warm, welcoming and a huge source of knowledge. David made us feel like family, guiding our days for us. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Don't let the 2 stars worry you, the hotel was immaculately clean, bathroom was modern, despite being compact, it felt so much bigger. The bath sheets felt luxurious. And the tasty but simple breakfast was perfect 👌 If hotels were rated on their vibe alone, the Hotel Olimpia would be 5 stars. Our room had blackout shutters on the window, a radiator for winter and air-conditioned for summer. Perfect!!! The room was bright and sunny during the day when needed. The hotel has a laundromat just 30m across the road, the best gelato next door and if needed a short walk to the shuttle bus to the Old Town, but we walked this comfortably. We had free on-site parking for our vehicle too. The list of positives is ongoing. Book your stay here, there is no possibility you would regret the warm welcome from the owners and staff.

Amazing staff. Very welcoming and gave great tips for the local attractions. You get access to Como card by staying a night which gives you discounts at some of the tourist attractions such as ferry and Malcesine cable car so you can wait to buy ticket in person to save on fees

Beautiful hotel with amazing hosts

Really incredible place to stay. Hosts are very friendly and happy to help. Room is really big with simple yet beautiful terrace. Breakfast was great. Definitely a place to visit again and to recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay

Everything, but especially the friendly and very welcoming hosts. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, the room clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. David gave us useful tips every day for our planned activities. We felt very comfortable.

the owner was very helpful and friendly. Location is great, bus stations are next to the hotel. the room was very clean, AC worked well.

there was no kettle in room, no cups. We asked for plates and there were procided by the owner without question. The breakfast are very small (there are 2 pieces of cheese for 2 person), no vegetables, no fruits everyday. We dont recommend breakfasts from hotel.

Perfect place to enjoy the Italian lifestyle

The hotel has excellent location, few minutes from the beach, bus stop, pub, bakery. David, the manager helped us with everything we needed, giving useful information of ticket/petrol/transportation prices around the area. There is a street local market every Friday right in front of the hotel. I loved the breakfast on the terrace of the hotel watching the town waking up.

Amazing, perfect place to spend a week in Sirmione

Perfect stay at Hotel Olimpia!!! Owners very friendly and welcoming. Arrived early so left bags at the hotel, Dave gave us a map and recommended places to visit and what days would be best. The location is perfect, some lovely bars, cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk. All prices very reasonable. The shuttle bus to the old town is only 1 euro, tickets can be purchased at the shop opposite the hotel. The Kento Cafe opposite the hotel is also lovely, very cheap and friendly service. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. We were in room 3, we had a lovely bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge as it was our anniversary. Room very spacious and bathroom too.shower was excellent. Very very clean, massive balcony overlooking the front road. I never sleep well abroad but can say had some of the best nights sleep here, bed had memory foam mattress and pillows. The balcony doors had one of those pull down shutters so complete black out. The air con was the best, not noisy and really effective. Even the hair dryer in the bathroom was brilliant, i have long hair and usually they are hopeless bit this was really powerful. Friday night evening market and also Monday mornings right outside thw hotel... Perfect I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Good location close to the local restaurants, craft beer bar, local markets but also walkable to the center, there is also bus but we didn't use it. Very clean and comfortable beds, hood parking on side. The owner was very helpful and kind

The owner is very welcoming and friendly, always smiling and giving advice. His wife was acting like she was always in the bad mood. She was recommending places but when we asked for details she didn't know, so why recommend. When we arrived, the other woman was sitting at the reception but didn't want to check as in, just sat there...a bit of strange wibe. The place would look better with a small renovation, its getting dated. As I said, it was super clean, but really no, need to change all the towels, even unused every day, will save you some washes.

Location was exceptional, very close to bus station (bus costs only 1eur per person to the old town). Staff was very helpful and kind, especially the owner David who was kind and showed us around Sirmione and gave us a few great tips. Exceptional breakfast with prosciutto, cheese, croissant and good coffe. The room was big enough, modern and very clean, same for bathroom. Free parking space.

Great, super value hotel

The hotel was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They put us in a lovely room with a large balcony to allow our dog plenty of room to spend some time outside. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. The hotel location was ideal for us as it was about 2km from sirmione old town which allowed a beautiful walk with the dog. There is a bus for anyone who’d prefer not to walk. We ate at a lovely small restaurant close to the hotel which was a lot cheaper than eating in the old town. All in all, a lovely stay and we’d love to visit again
