It’s in a fantastic location, very clean, hot water, air conditioning and the bed is so comfortable!! Mini shampoo and body wash were provided, similar to the photos and a hair dryer although we didn’t use this.
Simone has great communication and sent videos to clearly show exactly where the accommodation was before we arrived and sent recommendations.

O apartamento é novo e todos os acessórios são novos e funcionam perfeitamente. Ar condicionado, chuveiro e as instalações elétricas e hidráulicas estão em perfeito funcionamento.
Destaco a localização central e ao mesmo tempo silenciosa. Perto de tudo e muito próximo de um lindo jardim e das praias do lago.
Simone nos recebeu com muita atenção e com excelentes informações para nossa estadia neste lugar incrível.
Sirmione foi sonho que levaremos para sempre.
Tudo foi perfeito.

The location and property were fine.
The incorrect information from the owner was unacceptable. He told us the wrong code and tried to change rooms on us. He said the room was ready when it was not. It cost us a loss of 3 hours of our plans in the city.
