We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice, central, and beautiful the place was!

At the heart of Sirmione, this just might be the best place to stay. The secluded entrance is beautiful and gives close walking access to everything around, including parks, the water, and restaurants. The inside was very clean, perfectly sized, and had a fantastic bathroom. Very friendly host, who was helpful and responsive. Loved our stay!!

The three separate locks were a bit much to manage every time we entered/exited. Certainly not a reason to not stay though. Also getting there without stairs is possible and much easier with bags, updated entry directions to include this option would be a good touch!

Nice place AFTER all of the wrong information was given

The location and property were fine.

The incorrect information from the owner was unacceptable. He told us the wrong code and tried to change rooms on us. He said the room was ready when it was not. It cost us a loss of 3 hours of our plans in the city.

Location and communication with a host were excellent! The room was very clean, with a great bathroom. Parking was outside of the old city but a host managed everything perfectly.

I’d say that walls were a bit thin and we heard our neighbors, and size of the room was a bit small. Also it would be amazing to have an electric kettle in a room and additional blanket, because it was a little chilly.

Was not given clear direction on how to get to apartment. Staff refused to answer phone. Forced to communicate through WhatsApp. Location difficult to find. Walk up steep cobblestone path. Room at basement level. Poor ventilation.

Perfect

Perfect location, right in the middle of Sirmione but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Spotlessly clean, I think it may have been renovated recently because everything was new. Outside window shutters operated from inside that make the room pitch black- so good for a good night sleep! Would recommend this to anyone, it perfect for me and my boyfriend.

Breakfast was provided which was packaged pastries and biscuits with juice, enough for the two days we stayed.

Eco environment therefore paper cups provided. We asked for wine glasses which were provided same day.

Practically perfect in every single way!

Amazing stay from start to finish, everything about it was just perfect. Perfect location right in the heart of Sirmione, view of the sunset from the entrance into the apartment. Very very clean, modern and spacious. Kind and helpful staff sent video of how to get to the apartment which was really helpful, brought us water, juices and croissants which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay and and recommend to everyone!

Close to everything, very clean, we loved that the parking spot for our car was organized and stuff from the parking lot drive you and your luggage to the hotel and back.

you don’t have option for breakfast in the hotel, most of the restaurants are still closed in the morning and sandwiches at the bars are quite expensive 😬😅

Nice and modern, centrally located, but too expensive and not worth the money

Very nice, modern and clean rooms, great location in the middle of Sirmione. Helpful owner, who booked the parking for us and organised self-check in for us, she's available for questions all the time.

A bit expensive for what it is (we paid 120 euros per night plus another 15 euros for the parking) -- for this price one would expect the "hotel" or "b&b" to have either/or reception and/or breakfast -- it has neither. So for this price, you can probably stay in a proper hotel and get a better service. We were also kicked out 2 hours before the check-out time stated on the booking.com. Our reservation said 14:00 for check out time (I also told this to the owner) and we were first told we can check out at 2pm, only to be told the next day that we have to vacate our room by 12 because other guests needed the room at 2pm and the room needed to get cleaned (I guess they did early check in, coz the normal check in time was 3pm). So we had to completely change our plans and leave the hotel early. I later sent the screenshot of the booking to the owner and at 12 pm she said we could then stay until 2, but we already left. You need to know what time you specified your check out time on booking.com and work with that! Finally, as the hotel has no reception and nobody at the premises, in the evening we were contacted by the owner by WhatsApp since some other guests couldn't enter the hotel, to ask if we left our keys in the entrance door, which we didn't. We then had to go and open the door for them, after which the guests yelled at us for leaving the keys in, which we didn't -- it was somebody else who left their keys. If you are staying in a 120 euro per day "hotel" this is not acceptable, and there needs to be a reception to deal with this stuff, not your other guests.

La posizione, letteralmente a due passi dal centro e dal Castello. La camera molto bella e’ silenziosa. Anche il bagno molto moderno. Vedere Sirmione e’ stato emozionante, ma anche vedere dove si trovava la camera in cui alloggiavo e il percorso fatto per raggiungerla.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem! Udzielił wyczerpujących instrukcji poruszania sie po najlepszych lokalach i zarezerwowal parking dla samochodu. Bez problemu I bez dopłaty mogliśmy sie wcześniej zakwaterować. Bardzo blisko miejskiego deptaka i centrum miasta. Polecam pod względem lokalizacji, czystości i wielkości apartamentu. Duża nowoczesna lazienka i dobrze działającą klimatyzacja, dobre WiFi i Netflix. Pomimo drobnych braków ogólnie na duzy plus. Polecam!!!

Brak czajnika, brak możliwości użycia żelazka (wlasciciel wytlumaczyl to ograniczeniami prawnymi). Lekko oberwana półka ścienna, która wyglądała na mało bezpieczną zwisając pod kątem ze ściany. W ogromnym łóżku materc lekko zapadjacy sie na środku.
