Immensely cordial and accommodating staff. Ample parking space. Safe and quiet location. Great breakfast and wonderful restaurant serving delicious food. Cannot hope for better.

Great location and exceptional staff

Staff were friendly and helpful, they recommended local shopping & restaurants and were happy to oblige our questions regarding parking. We chose to stay an extra night after seeing the property

We tried to reserve a spot for the spa hot tub, it was located right next to our room. Although the hotel appeared completely empty they could not get us a reservation the first day and on the second they said it was “closed”. We booked partially for the spa and this was disappointing

We loved this hotel, the location is fantastic to get around everywhere, the hotel itself has a really warm and friendly vibe which is very comforting. The staff here are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel looked after and cared for. The pool area is very chilled and the perfect size for us. The drinks at the hotel are really fairly priced for the location which was really nice to see.

Had a lovely week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Parc.

The hotel was in a quiet location and away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The shuttle bus in to town was only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were always helpful and offered information and maps that were a real help. The air conditioning was fantastic, both in our room and in the common areas.

Small gem in the beginning of Sirmione

Breakfast was very good. Location is ~30 min (walking) away from the castle, but we took a water taxi to the location to win time. On the other hand, it is quiet and nice place. We were awarded with free underground parking! Room was quite enough even to fit a family of 5 (two adults, two grown up kids and an infant). Good and free wifi inside hotel. Would suggest!

Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever been too, the pictures don’t match the hotel please please do not go, I booked at 3pm went at 4pm they were not willing to do a refund absolute scam artist I advice against this hotel whole heartedly

A fabulous stay !

The assistance and warm welcome offered by Reception and hospitality team. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and the restaurant team presented a desert of tiramisu plus lit candle as a special surprise. Thank you so much🙏 The reception team had organised a private taxi for pick up and departure to Verona airport by negotiation with us at the time of booking our holiday. The taxi firm was very professional with new vehicles and friendly drivers. Our arrival flight had been delayed and we were anxious that the taxi would have left by the time we landed, but the flight had been tracked by our driver and despite the delay he was very welcoming and professional.

The formal reception area is very attractive but was utilised by Group bookings, presumably for info and welcome. Possible alternative would be the lounge for such briefings. It seemed to be under utilised, with only my husband and I sitting in it during the whole week of our stay. May I also suggest, more attractive soft lighting in this area to make it more welcoming. The seating was very comfortable but it could be made a little more attractive with minimal attention.
