Lovely room with amazing owners, near the beach in Sirmione.

The property is very modern, very clean and it offers breakfast. The owners offer an amazing service, asking guests if they need clean towels or bedsheets. They go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The property is close to lovely bars and restaurants. It’s 15 minutes walk to a beach. There’s a supermarket 10 minutes walking distance. There’s also a tiny coquette terrace for the use of the smaller double room, which I rented for 3 nights. The property has an impeccably clean kitchen for the use of the guests.

Enjoyable stay, would be better with WIFI.

Friendly owners, beautiful, comfortable, and clean room and air conditioning. Unlimited breakfast, snacks, and drinks provided both in the room and in the downstairs kitchen, though most everything was sweet (cakes, cookies, muffins, etc.). While the home isn't very close to the Sirimione old town, it is connected by bus via a 10 minute walk.

There is no WIFI on the property. While this may be the personal preference of the owners, it does make things logistically difficult for international travelers who need internet to plan next steps and stay connected to friends and family. The lack of WIFI should really be clearly stated on the listing.

An amazing place to stay- you will not be disappointed.

Excellent hosts - very kind and responsive. The place was super clean and very chilled. Loved every minute of it.

Perhaps just breakfasts to accomodate low sugar and GF. Otherwise perfect. The fridge was refulled with good quality drinks and yogurts.

Gestione ben organizzata e molto disponibile. La proprietaria ci ha accolti permettendoci di anticipare il check-in e posticipare il check-out in base alle nostre esigenze, predisponendo tutto per avere la colazione in camera (con suddivisione di cibo con e senza glutine).

Purtroppo la posizione della struttura non permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Sirmione in breve tempo, ma è facilmente risolvibile spostandosi in macchina e parcheggiando in prossimità delle mura.
