Great place, definitely coming back

Rooms were very pretty and clean. We got clean towels for our stay. The owner was very nice and everything went as planed. Free parking just across the street was also big plus.

The only thing i can say is that it's located a little bit far from the centre. But you can take a nice walk if you don't need to rush.

Excellent location for Sirmione peninsular with great connections to routes around the lower half of Lake Garda. A mini supermarket, cafes and a selection of quality restaurants very close by.

Sound proofing is poor between rooms, corridor and external door.

Awesome place for two people

The apartment is very big, comfortable and clean. The garden and the pool are very nice even if we didn't get to stay longer to take advantage of them. The living room, bathroom and bedroom are very big. The kitchen is well provided. There was free parking close to the apartment (at least when we were there).

The double bed is awesome, but the single one is plainly a disaster, truly uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good.

The flat was very nice and even the location quite good with the bus navetta close to the house

I didn't like the the mosquitoes in the garden, during the night you can't stay outside but is a common problem of the village close to the lake

A house with four clean rooms that had good space and was modern. Close to alot of restaurans, buses and sirmione old town.

We'd like to have atleast a little fridge to store water etc in. As we were without it we always needed to eat out which in the end was very pricy.

Great room for a short stay.

The room was new and clean, better than expected. It was also pleasantly cold inside, even with 37 degrees outside. Decent location, we used the free parking 20m away for three days and there was always a free space even in high season. There is a shop and some restorans nearby.

The wi-fi started working only on our last night there. I wouldn’t rely on it for doing any work.

Would recommend, but pretty small room

Check in process was relatively smooth, and they gave us early check in. Aircon was great in the room and complimentary water. Location was good, as long as you know you’re not staying in the heart of Sirmione, but there is a cheap shuttle bus that takes your around the point and the stop is close by.

We had trouble with wifi and very bad reception in our room. But hosts were helpful with the former. Our room was pretty small for two people with two suitcases and the fancy shower jets didn’t exactly work.

The location was lovely, a beautiful walk to the ferry in Sirmione and also on the bus routes to and from Verona. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive and the room was comfortable.

The pictures are quiet misleading as it shows a lovely garden and pool, (does have a terrace for warmer weather) and kitchen area, we did not see this, and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although café just across the road,

no breakfast, location is just fine, near by the bus station. The colleague is friendly.

The hotel is near by the street, for the sensitive guys maybe it is better to choose the room facing to inside.

Perfect place for a small getaway. Shower and bed are great. The location is amazing. A small market around the corner and as well bar/restaurants. Also bus station is super close so you can take it to the main attractions. All in all great room and great service.

Perfect

The place is pretty awesome, clean and comfy. Alessandra was very welcoming and very nice to us. The location was also great. Just three minutes from a bus to the train station or to Sirmione Castle. Also, very central you can reach many restaurants in a couple of minutes walk. The roof was really nice as well.
