A modern yet cozy apartment nestled in the heart of enchanting Sirmione, on the shimmering shores of Lake Garda.

Very good apart hotel, with all the amenities. New quality renovation. Beautiful design. There is a kitchen, a coffee machine, and almost everything you need to cook. There is a terrace separate from everyone else, with its own small area. Air conditioning in both rooms. There is an elevator to the garage. There is always space in the garage, and if you need an electric charger. There is a shop nearby for about 5 min to walk and a great bakery just right in the corner that you can buy fresh croissants for breakfast! The beach is close too, around 5 min by car with parking, and 15 min walking distance.

Maybe to leave a bit more coffee capsules for coffee and some tea but you can always buy it in the near shop, which is 5 min walking from hotel. And be careful in the kitchen - there are sharp corners of furniture. While cooking you can be damaged ( I had this bad experience as there is rather limited space for preparing food). The microwave is handled rather dangerously.

Fabulous place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda!

Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as great kitchen and living area. Close to the Main Street for easy access to all shops and not far from the lake. The apartment was on the ground floor and also came with a wonderfully large green space, including some lounge chairs and outdoor table and chairs.

Unforgetable experience in Sirmione

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay – from a equiped kitchen (dish-washer, microwave, basic utensils and cutlery) and cozy living area to air conditioning. Parking lot in the underground garage was avaliable for us or we could park on a private outside bays. One of the biggest highlights was the warm hospitality of the owner. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure I felt at home. He provided great local tips, was available to answer any questions, and truly cared about making our stay perfect. The location was also fantastic jet for thouse who enjoy walking. It took half an hour to get to old city. Frankly it was why we chose this apartment - we enjoy long walks:) I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect place to stay.

A perfect place to stay! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-located in a quiet area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of parking space and everything you need for cooking — including a coffee maker, pots, pans, and more. If anything’s missing, you can just ask (they even offered us a toaster!). Shops and a playground are nearby. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay in #104 and are likely to book again! The appointment it’s self was very clean, modern and had a great layout. We felt very safe. The bathroom was spacious, plenty of storage for clothes, comfortable bed and a kitchen that has just enough to make some food during the stay. The location is 10/10 as the village has the perfect amount of amenities nearby without feeling too touristy. Not to mention that the beautiful lake is a few min down the road. And if you want to venture into the old town it’s a short 30 min walk/ 5 min shuttle bus ride (€2 use the arriva app). The location is convenient for the bus to nearby areas such as Desenzano and Peschiera (worth the visit, main train station is here). The bakery around the corner from the apartment sells fresh bread and there’s a coop for other items you may want.

We were impressed there was two tv’s (one in bedroom and one in living room). The only thing we could be picky about was that they were not smart TVs, the one in living room had internet. But that’s all, and we didn’t come to watch tv.

Nice sized place and comfortable. Friendly host and helpful. Good location for us and good amounts of parking. At least 30 minute walk to centre of Sirmione but also good bus service (we didn't use but saw alot of people using it). Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Apartment near Sirmione

The apartment was large and had plenty of room to move around, providing a comfortable living space. It was tidy and spotless, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. The presence of an underground garage provided a secure place to park our car. The apartment had a Nespresso machine which allowed us to enjoy high-quality coffee whenever we wanted, adding an extra touch of luxury for our stay. It si located near Sirmione which we could visit by foot.

The wifi was a bit slow, so this made it difficult to work or stream content during our stay.

Excellent location close to the bus stop and many shops/restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony in the early evenings. The sleeper couch was easy to use, just make sure you let them know you want to use it.

There was no condiments or cooking oil in the flat and we ran out of toilet paper. If you want to use the kitchen, be prepared to do a little shopping for the basics. Also a side note, bring your own beach towels.

Newly refurbished apartment

Newly refurbished apartment, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of utensils for cooking. Good size balcony to enjoy a drink in the evening. lovely restaurants and amenities right on your door step. Frequent buses to bring you to old town Sirmione. Wonderful stay would return again when back in that area.

Clean and modern appartment on a nice location

The appartment was really awesome. The building is modern and clean. The fact that the appartment is equipped with an AC unit is great, especially during the Italian summer. The building is located next to the main street of Sirmione, with quite some restaurants and pubs in its surroundings. Furthermore, the bakery, supermarket, and the laundry service are all within less than 5 minutes walking.

The advertisement of this appartment clearly states that it has "sound proof appartments" and a "garden". The rooms are not sound proof. You hear people walking inside the building and you hear kids when they cry. The garden is basically non-existing, unless when you call a paved square area on the right side of the building a garden. There were no garden chairs, tables, etc. There is a real garden next to the building (left side) is privat property and we were not allowed to use this.

We were satisfied

We were three nights. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are large. Everything is clean and maintained. Breakfast is not served at this property. The house is 3km away from the center. From the building to the center there is a beautiful walking path. Next to the building there are many restaurants, bakeries. A little further you can find bigger stores like Penny and Migross.

I didn't like the fact that they charge 6 euros per person for changing towels. We stayed in apartment 104 where the ketler was not working and water was leaking from the Nespresso. As I was charging my mobile phone next to the coffee machine, I ruined my mobile phone and had to buy a new one upon arrival.

Without a doubt this is a hotel I would happily recommend

The hotel is located in a charming area about two and a half kilometers from the old town. Right nearby there are plenty of fine restaurants, a supermarket and basically everything you need. The rooms do look like they were recently renovated, very cozy, and well equipped.

If there is one small thing that would have especially improved our feeling as guests, it is that especially in light of my call prior to our arrival I had a pleasant phone conversation with him, I honestly expected the hotel owner to personally visit or at least talk to us during our stay. However, this is not to the detriment of the high esteem I gave the place for all the reasons I listed.

The apartment was beautiful and like new. The location was excellent, next to a bakery and the supermarket is less than 5 minutes walking distance. The old city centre is about 30 minutes to walk or a short bus ride. We enjoyed the free parking garage. Also the staff in the building was extremely helpful and nice. Would definitely come back!

Tolle Unterkunft und wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Gardersee.

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei ist unmittelbar in der Nähe, mit frischen Gebäck, Kuchen..... Am Abend lohnt sich ein Spaziergang, der Uferpromenade entlang, in die belebte Altstadt. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes Appartment, unkomplizierte Buchung, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß am Gardasee entlang in das historische Sirmione laufen.
