A very pleasent B&B, with very good value!Loved it!❤️

A very clean property, modern, with all you need inside.Very good facilities, bed is very confortable.You can eat one of the best pizza from Sirmione here and have a capuccino and breakfast in the morning! Just in front of location is bus station for Sirmione center, at each 20 min. But the most we appreciate the owner, thank you very much, we hope to return one day!

I missed having a balcony but it is a minor issue and air conditoner was a little bit noisy

3 night stay in July

The location is great - a 30 minute walk to the Historic Centre of Sirmione, with reliable shuttle buses from just outside the door (€1.50 per person for a single for a 5 minute journey). The staff were also very accomodating and able to hold our bags for us to collect later after check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we were looking for - would definitely recommend!

I loved the size of the room and the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom is very well eyuiped. Bus station is just a few steps away if you do not like walking. Lake can be reached in less then 5 minutes walk.

It made my holidays extra special.

The room was amazing. It was bright and spacious and I particularly loved a powerful shower. The location is great, closed to the beach. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming so I will be coming back.

The perfect stay in Sirmione.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Champagne Rooms. The staff were really lovely and knowledgable, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room is spacious, modern and clean, and the bed is so comfortable! There is also an amazing restaurant just under the hotel which sell fresh, delicious food. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Sirmione!

Nice and convenient room! Close to good options for lunch and diner!

Nice furnished room with very good bathroom. There’s a good restaurant “Cilento” in the same building with very good pizza. I liked lasagna very much and the dessert - tiramisu was the best I’ve ever eaten. So if you stay here you definitely should try the restaurant.

Our host was a little bit indifferent with us. Yes he was kind but a we receive a little bit cold welcoming. Of course he came with us to show our room but for me was really strange to show how to put the TV instead of inviting us for lunch in his restaurant for example. Nevertheless we visited it because I have already red about the restaurant here in booking. I don’t know maybe because we’ve come from Charming Bellagio where our host was really, really good… but this service - in Champagne rooms was too formal and definitely the place is overpriced as a service in general.

Very comfortable, clean well furnished room with super comfy bed. Plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. Hotel style room with fridge and kettle. The restaurant below is great with tasty pizzas as well as a more sophisticated menu. Welcoming host and staff. Good location a short walk from the lake and close to the shuttle bus to Sirmione.

Dzhuzeppe is very welcoming and helpful! the hotel has a nice restaurant with the most delicious food! took a bottle of wine - just super! they also took a bottle with them! recommend !!!

Abends teilweise Essensgeruch von der Küche im Erdgeschoss. Dies ist allerdings nicht vermeidbar und bei dem top Essen kann man auch mal ein Auge zudrücken.
