Very friendly host. Room clean and fresh. Bed comfortable. All amenities included. Breakfast delicious and made with love. Private parking included. Close to the lake. It's one of the best B&B's in Italy we have ever stayed in. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely come back :)

The hospitality and friendliness of an owner, hard work of the cleaning lady (everything spotlessly clean), closeness to the transportation, lake and historic centre. Fantastic breakfast each morning, the owner Gabriele also helps with anything you might need, if there was an issue it got resolved very quickly. He genuinely cares for his guests for sure, and that's why I guess anyone would choose to stay in his B&B again. Thank you so much Gabriele, it was a wonderful week!

Exceptional!

Gabriele and Laura were fantastic hosts. Very warm and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The room was everything we needed from it. Location was actually in a good location. If you stay any further up the peninsula, you’ll forever be fighting with the very busy traffic. Just a few minutes walk away from the lake and some good restaurants.

This isn’t a negative point about H2O but in hindsight, we had 35 degrees all week and wish we had a pool

Wonderful host, impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and a superb location!

Breakfast was magnificent – Gabriele is an outstanding chef! The Tomino cheese was delightful, and the omelet with cheese and tomatoes was absolutely delicious. I loved everything: the rooms are brand new, with a stylish modern interior and an excellent shower room. Spotlessly clean! From experience, I know that when staying at an unfamiliar hotel in Italy, you should always be prepared for surprises – but here, it’s top marks across the board. The location is superb – the lake is just a two-minute walk away, and there’s a promenade leading to the castle. There are great restaurants all around.

Fabulous breakfast every day cooked by Gabriele who is a professional chef. Rooms beautifully appointed. Lovely large bath towels. Maid service each day with fresh towel. Nice water pressure in rain shower. Local restaurants and taxi were recommended and all were very good

My wife and I spent two weeks traveling across Italy and this was BY FAR the best stay we had. Gabriele was an amazing host, made us fantastic breakfast every morning, gifted my wife and I a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, and provided great recommendations for our days. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and had great air conditioning. The beach was a five minute walk, and there is a restaurant called Xport five minutes away that was one of our best meals in Italy. We ate there two nights.

I didn’t like that we had to leave. I wanted to move in there and never leave. True paradise.

The perfect host

Everything in this little B&B (3 rooms) is made with love and style. You feel welcomed and relaxed from the first minute. Gabriele is the perfect host, unintrusivley he is there if you need him and dont miss one breakfast. We had our best ever blueberry pancake and many more surprises . It is only a 5 min walk to the lake and the bus stop is in 5 min distance as well. It is the perfect place.

We have enjoyed our stay at the H2O B&B. First we have to mention the warm welcome from Laura & Gabriele. Such nice and kind Hosts. Always a smile and always helpful with any question or planing the day. This you also find in the Breakfeast they prepair for you. Not just a Buffet. We did always get fresh sliced fruit and a special great from the Kitchen. Also every morning there was a cake backed by Laura. It was great to see that the buffet was not stuffed full with everything. Laura & Gabriele asked and prepared things like cheese, egg or cold cuts for every guest individual. So that there was no waste of Food. Also the Room has a nice size and was always clean. The Location of The B&B was nearly perfect. just a view minutes away from the Lakes and a lot of good Retaurants. It was also easy to get with the bus to the old town of Sirmione. Here Laura helped out with having bus cards for just 1€ ready for the quests. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away from the B&B. We will come back to this nice place and this two special Persons Thank you Laura and Gabriele

If I had to describe the perfect vacation, this would be it!

Everything was better than anyone could ever ask for, if a comfortable, relaxed, friendly, and beautiful vacation was important. But, if you are looking for a loud, jaring, stressful stay, with a totally tasteless free breakfast and in the middle of "all the action" this is not the place. But you can get there with a quick, inexpensive taxi ride!

Perhaps a real ride into outer space with piped in music by Elton John!

Exceptional hosts Laura and Gabriele :) At arrival we received a video explaining how to enter the apartment fast. This was very smooth since we were coming with babies and needed flawless check-in. The breakfast is delicious since Gabriele is an amazing cook. And for dessert you can try Laura's Torta della nonna.

Peaceful and pleasant stay at Sirmione

The stay was amazing. Gabrielle and Laura are excellent hosts. They met our expectations and more! The breakfast was delicious. A very personal approach from the hosts. Location is excellent, few minutes walk from nearest Garda lake beach. Very quite and peaceful place to stay. Recommended 100%!

Amazing stay

Everything about this place was amazing! Check-in was super smooth with local recommendations and a cold water. The room was even nicer than expected and had a great lake view. The breakfast was the delicious with daily surprises, fresh coffee and fruit, Italian meats and cheese, and freshly made eggs. We can only recommend this place and hope to be back one day!

The highlight of this property is the personalized breakfast served and the large bathroom. The host with his family were very friendly and the limited no. of guests allowed in this B & B gave us a good feeling. It is about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach for swimming and relaxing. Walking distant to many good restaurants. And our room was cleaned every day!!

Because of the size of the bathroom, the room seemed smaller than I expected. But the furnishings were beautiful.

We were here again after 2 yrs. and Gabrielle and Laura are excellent hosts. Room was perfect, very clean, bathroom was very big and super clean, breakfast was at high level as 5* hotel. Even Gabrielle prewar was first morning home made bruschette and second day fresh cucumber bruschetta. Our overview opinion is again 11 of 10. 😁 Top accommodation!

Wir sind in allen Punkten super begeistert! Diese Unterkunft mit den unglaublich lieben Gastgebern ist wirklich ein Glücksgriff und die beste Entscheidung für unseren Urlaub gewesen. Das Zimmer war super sauber, gemütlich und man hatte alles was man braucht, wenn nicht sogar noch mehr. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben waren Gabriele oder Laura sofort da und haben uns alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen wenn man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage direkt in der Nähe vom See und in Laufnähe zur Altstadt (15-20 Minuten). Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, das schöne, moderne und große Zimmer, das leckere und frische Frühstück und die tollen Gastgeber bieten ein wunderbares Gesamtpaket :-) Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Toller Sommerurlaub.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub.Die Wohnung war toll eingerichtet und war an Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten.Unser Highlight war das Frühstück,wir wurden jeden Morgen mit einer neuen Köstlichkeit überrascht welche von dem Besitzer Gabriele oder seiner Frau Laura frisch zubereitet wurde.Es hat an nichts gefehlt,verschiedene Kaffeevariationen,Ei das in verschiedenster Weise auf Wunsch zubereitet wurde,frisches Obst,Marmelade,Honig,Joghurt....und vieles mehr.Der Strand war nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt,genauso wie viele Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Prima war auch das es einen Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück gab .Gabriele und Laura haben unseren Urlaub durch ihre liebe Art,dem tollen Frühstück und dem gemütlichen Zimmer zu einem schönen Erlebnis werden lassen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Alles war perfekt, Laura und Gabriele sind top Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und sehr nah am Strand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich Gabriele‘s Frühstück😊
