Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff!

Once seen never forgotten we will be back.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, our hosts made us feel very special and the breakfasts were fabulous. Our room was comfortable with a walk in shower and we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony.

Wonderful

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the main village away from the big tourist spots. The highlight is absolutely the staff - a lady and a gentleman. Both were so kind and inviting, funny and helpful. The room was a good size with good bathroom and shower and a great balcony. Perfect little continental breakfast in the morning! Thank you!

Polite staff but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation!!!

The hotel staff are very friendly and we loved the free parking. The breakfast was okay but nothing special.

The rooms are very old and should be improved a lot. The bed was squeaking very loudly and I woke up during the night because of it a few times, unacceptable in 2025! The air conditioning did not work properly. Would recommend this hotel only for very very budget travelers.

Budget friendly hotel with accommodating friendly owners

Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were no free parking spots at the front of the hotel but the owner helped us find somewhere to park until one came free which was very nice. Good selection at breakfast and walking distance to sirmione old town

The hotel was in a good location, on the main route down to the old town which was a 5 minute bus ride, or approx 30 minute walk. Variety of restaurants close by and couple of minutes walk to the lake. Hosts very welcoming and a good breakfast with something for everyone.

No real complaints, maybe just an extra pillow.

Great place for a short stay in Sirmione.

Location is great and free parking right outside hotel. Close to shops, easy transportation to the old town and the owner spoke excellent English. Very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. Lots of restaurants close by and a supermarket. No fridge in the room, but good value for the area.

The bathroom has no separation for the shower so as others have said, a lot of area does get wet, but it’s large and had a unique “pink submarine” door.

Simple hotel in the heart of Sirmione. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast buffet available and the room was clean. Sirmione old town is reachable by foot or by bus shuttle that stops in front of the hotel. Totally recommended!

Our room was a bit tiny, but perfect as we just stayed over the weekend.

The hotel is next to the bus stop. Private parking is included in the price of the hotel. Breakfast good, rather Italian style. Several restaurants next to the hotel. A good place to start exploring the Sirmione peninsula. Best regards to the owners and staff of the hotel.

Near by a great beach with cafe on and pedalos and canoes to hire. lovely staff. nearby restaurants and bus stop to sirmione or nearby train station. Great little room with everything we needed.

One night in Sirmione, beautiful but better not in high season

Very friendly staff, charming old hotel with vintage furniture and retro bathroom with violet doors. Good location but you still need to get a shuttle to get to the historical center (which can be very very busy). We asked to stay one more night but unfortunately it was fully booked.

Beds a bit hard, in general quite old facilities. Breakfast was a bit basic but the staff was very friendly and available to help.

The shower is basically the bathroom, so no closed cabin. The bed was a little bit too hard. You could hear basically anything through the door and also what others did in their rooms.

Für einen Kurztripp sicher zu empfehlen, aber nicht für einen Familienurlaub

Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Die Sauberkeit war auch gut, es wurden täglich die Zimmer gereinigt und es gab täglich frische Handtücher. Der Betreiber und seine Angestellten waren stets freundlich. Der Parkplatz wurde bei Abwesenheit immer frei gehalten.

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr klein und die Ausstattung schon doll in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war sehr minimalistisch und ohne Duschvorhang, dafür war aber tatsächlich gar kein Platz. Leider war das Frühstück ebenfalls wenig abwechslungsreich, immer nur eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst. Es hat lediglich der Kuchen variiert. Hier hätten wir uns einfach ein bisschen Abwechslung gewünscht.
