Very good continental breakfast. Emita in reception was extremly nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel tends to charge for the use of bikes and SUP boards. I think that is part of good service! Too bad you couldn’t order food for the sunbeds. Nice garden with own deck.

Only 2 small pillows on the queen bed. No secure baggage service but they did let us keep our bags in the lobby for morning check out activities.

Hotel for smokers and dog lovers

The location was perfect!

I did not like that people were smoking during breakfast, lunch and dinner, next to my kids :-( At the swimming pool the same, that is a hotel for smokers and dog lovers, full of dogs barking all the time, really annoying.

Nice old fashioned hotel with great lake side location

Traditional hotel on the lake shore with a small pool and a pier which gave great access to the Lake. It was a 2km walk into the old town but there are nice restaurants with lake views within 0.5 km if you go up the main road and turn right - away from the old town.

The hotel is as it looks in the photos - on the lake, with great view, nice staff, parking, our room was with lake view and balkone. All was great! Very close to the castle.

Acceptable (just) but wouldn’t go back.

Direct lake access. Lovely dining terrace with fantastic sunset view. Exceptionally clean. Some staff were efficient, others not. Free parking. Pillows were good.

AC quite noisy. Decor felt dated and tired, but they kept it very clean. Efficiency of some staff is lacking - of 4 guests, 1 evening meal was forgotten and arrived after everyone else had finished. Nothing offered or deducted for this. Same thing at breakfast, twice. Had to repeatedly wait lengthy periods to give order or chase up order for hot drinks. Extra charges on check out bill for having coffee with the included breakfast. No iron or ironing board. No T&C facilities in room. Buffet breakfast had practically stale rolls & pastries - just so dry and felt as though they were yesterday’s - Except for last day when they were soft inside! Quality of food overall was quite poor - the prices were high for the quality. I would recommend eating out. Location further than expected from the hustle n bustle of Sirmione - 30 min walk.

The view was good. location was good. The restaurant staff were good.

The reception was terrible. Charges added for everything. After paying €650 we were being charged for an extra cup of coffee. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not value for money. Looking to add charges everywhere. We did not enjoy.

Lovely lakefront hotel on near Sirmione!!!

Lovely lakeside Hotel. Fabulous view. Clean and spacious room for a solo traveler. Fantastic breakfast. Welcoming and friendly staff. Short walk, 20 min, or 5 min bus, into Sirmione. A nice POOL and beachfront access. Quiet and peaceful. Hotel populated by mostly Europeans. Loved my stay there!!!!!

Bed was a little hard, but the room was clean and had a lovely balcony!!! A large group somewhat took over the pool and loungers but minimally problematic.

Exceptional

Beautiful small hotel on the lakeside, very relaxed atmosphere. A bit of a walk into the old town but a lovely path all the way, there is a shuttle bus passing but it's often full. Lots of nice restaurant options within walking distance too. Wonderful breakfast spread every morning and the waiting and reception staff were always very welcoming and friendly. Recommended - would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the restaurant was never open for evening dinner. Watch out for the cot fee - we accepted a €15 fee which was shared in English and through Booking.com interface as a total fee - we discovered at check-out that the Italian message stated it as a per-night fee and added up to an unexpected charge of €105. We wouldn't have booked the cot if we knew, it actually didn't get used.

We loved our brief stay here when visiting lake garda. Its a 20minute walk to the main centres of sirmione which makes this property perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with a beautiful location right next to the lake. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Location is great, close to historical center and by the lake. Pool was also great. Breakfast was ok, although there should be food available till the end of breakfast. Room was clean and spatious, with nice balcony. Parking in the garage or outdoor is available for free.

The only thing that really botherd us is noise coming from the plumbing in neighbour room. Our bed was right beside their bathroom wall and we woke up in the middle of the night because they were taking shower at 2 a.m. and hairdryer was super loud. Same thing in the morning. Quite anoying..
