Aesthetic lake getaway

We really enjoyed the pleasant and thoughtful design. Most of all, we loved the whirlpool on the balcony. Also, the staff was really welcoming and the proximity to the old town allowed for a really nice evening run. They are also in general quite dog friendly.

We asked if our dog could come to breakfast and the receptionist was not really sure, but she then suggested if we sit outside it would be okay - this was fine for us as the view outside is quite calming and it was not super cold yet. However, when I went to grab food from the buffet, I saw another dog that apparently was allowed inside (quite sure it was not an assistance or guide dog). Sitting outside didn't bother us, but the different treatment really bugged us. Other than that it was a great stay and we don't have anything negative to say about it.

Heated outdoor pool

Hotel was really modern, having recently been refurbished. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast was amazing-small selection but of such high quality. The heated outdoor pool was beautiful to look at.

Went off season (October) so there wasn't a bus stopping outside of the hotel which meant we had to pay quite a bit for taxis to get to the train station or sirmione. Some could walk it but not an easy journey when it is raining or someone has mobility issues.

The best staff you could imagine and a v cool modern hotel. Breakfast was also pretty decent.

We stayed for one night in early October with a few requirements, primarily that it was dog friendly for a highly trained Doberman and that the hotel had secure parking for my car as it’s a rare car and we didn’t want to unpack the car entirely in each hotel on our road trip. Both requirements were met and the parking was not only secure and private right by the hotel entrance but also very well covered with CCTV. We were upgraded tohuge deluxe king suite that was v comfortable and a cool design with the added bonus of a large outdoor terrace with a jacuzzi. V welcoming reception team and an absolutely awesome location situated directly on lake Garda

Clean, heated pool, room was beautiful, modern, beds around the pool were extremely comfortable

Had to pay extra for water in the room, no chair or table on the balcony, air con didn’t work, pool pretty much on the road which was open to the public to see in (having the fence lined so not see through or small trees)

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, comfy beds, great aircon, loved eating breakfast looking at the lake view. Pool was fantastic. but did lose the sun in the late afternoon.

Was a bit coupley, ie all sunbeds were for couples, the road was a bit noisey but we were only there for 2 nights.

An excellent stay in nearly every way — a truly charming hotel that I would happily return to, hopefully with cooler nig

Beautiful property in a perfect location, close to attractions yet quiet despite being right next to the main road. The rooms were spotless, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a lovely touch. The staff were wonderfully attentive, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed for comfort. I especially loved the fresh, inviting scent in the lobby, which made walking in each time feel special. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and my wife even said she will miss it.

The A/C in room 303 wasn’t cooling enough for my taste. Even at the lowest setting (19°C), it stayed between 25°C and 30°C, making the room warmer than I prefer and affecting my sleep on a couple of nights. I mentioned it to reception, but since the issue wasn’t noticeable in the morning, they advised me to check back later if it persisted. Interestingly, this was not a problem at all in my kids’ room (201), which stayed perfectly cool.

Lovely refurbished hotel

Charming hotel with private parking (if spot available or paid if you wanted it reserved).

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - all you can eat will be served to you from a buffet and it is not good enough. Our room was next to the elevator and was getting noisy when it was used.

Free parking at the hotel

We arrived super tired and got told off/lectured by the receptionist for not disclosing the baby. Baby sleeps between us, so doesn't need an extra bed. If you put a baby in the booking, you can only book a TRIPLE room with 2 beds. Baby does not need an adult bed, he sleeps in our bed. We did it to be able to book a smaller room. The receptionist could just say "Oh, you have a baby with you, we'll have to add an extra charge for an extra person". Bam! Problem solved, everyone is happy. Instead we got a lengthy lecture. It's not nice to be told off when you are barely standing on your feet from exhaustion and just wanna get to your room. Instead you have to stand there and be lectured.
