Overall a great place to stay.

Great location, excellent staff, good breakfast and it was easy to get to. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was very good and priced similar to surrounding restaurants. I would stay there again.

Stunning location, very comfortable and lovely staff

Location right on the shore of Lake Garda was fabulous. The pool area was lovely and plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back

Perfect stay in Lake Garda

Staff were very welcoming, they allowed us to check in earlier and even upgraded the room. Location has great views of the lake. Nice swimming pool, lovely food and lots of vineyards nearby.

definetly visit again

very good that aircon is on even you take out the card and leave the room! also very good food in the restaurant! tried other places but hotels restaurant was in top 3. last but not least swiming is cold! they are cooling the water that is super nice when it was very hot and you can enjoy cold water. lake was 25 celsius friends pool in other hotel like tea 29 and Mistral hotels pool 22 degrees celsius.

we staid 7 nights and breakfest was same all days. wish they can do some food variations.

Perfect hotel in great location

Such a lovely hotel - quite small but great location and the most friendly staff. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and with a view of the lake too. A bit chilly to go in the pool but a really nice area by it. They did me and amazing birthday meal when we arrived! And also the aperol spritz’s there were so good and not expensive at all! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Super supportive night reception and best location

Location just in front of lake, very central. Staff at night shift were super helpful and welcoming. Nice room with terrace with lake views and complete breakfast buffet.

Perfect breakfast! Very nice coffee and big choice of food. The location is perfect for going to Gardaland and to the center of Simone by car. Property is right at beside the lake. Beautiful surroundings.

Loved, loved, loved the location-near everything; breakfast was very good. Definitely going back with the whole family!

Some of the staff were not so helpful. Seemed bothered with the simplest questions/ requests. But other than that everything was great.

Beautiful views across the lake. Lovely swimming pool with loungers. Delicious food and fabulous staff who can’t do enough for. Free bikes for a beautiful lakeside ride into stunning old Sirmione.

Wonderful

Wonderful location by the lake Garda. Welcoming staff, 24h reception. Clean, tidy room with all necessary equipment, all functioning well with slight sings of wear. Spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Quiet neighbourhood where you can hear only bird songs. Excellent food quality. To recommend for a short or a longer stay enjoying the beautiful town of Sirmione.

It was a big disappointment, I saw at least 10 spiders in the room. At the breakfast, it was one man doing everything, checking room number, cleaning tables, setting up tables, filling up food, making coffee. Poor guy was running around trying to fix everything, but it ended up bad, no food to eat, no clean table to sit... not worth the price, but probably this is what you get in so touristy area.

I found the hotel restaurant food quite poor. Air con controls in room were worn so changing the setting was difficult / impossible and the unit itself rattled quite noisely. Had room next to kitchen, so was a touch noisy.

Breakfast was good. Out side dining area was nice.The balcony was nice. The tall guy in the restaurant was very kind.

No kettle or even a small plate The lake view was only from the balcony Shower turned cold and hot during shower. Towel was very old.
