Everything. The location was excellent. The staff was excellent. The pool was brilliant and nothing was a problem. Totally loved this hotel.
I wis the restaurant had more child friendly food options. It was stunning and we didn’t want to leave but with kis there aren’t many kid options.

The location was beautiful and scenic. We booked a triple room with lake view. The door to balcony was faulty and they could not fix it during our stay. This was disappointing as we could not go out in the balcony and enjoy the view.
The new building was at a distance from the main hotel building. There was no phone in the room to connect to reception in case you need to inquire about anything. There were no lifts to go to first floor so beware you need to carry your luggage bag yourself all the way up to high floors. There is no tea/coffee station in the room which is a common norm in all the hotels we stayed in the Garda.

We were in one of the new rooms and it was spotless and spacious. The location was superb and great to have free parking. The lakeside restaurant was stunning and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and were very accommodating with our very limited Italian. Both pools were spotless with great views over the lake. We shall definitely return.
