A place I want to visit again!

Casapatrizia was a very kind and friendly woman. She tried to give us detailed information about the accommodation and the Sirmione trip, and I could see that she was very willing to prepare a hearty breakfast for us. It was also nice that we could park in a part of the garden of the house! I would like to visit again. Next time, it would be better if the lights in the room were a little brighter. Casapatrizia, thank you!

All together was very good.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean with enough space, the shower was modern and convenient with good towels.

Beautiful home with an even better host! Breakfast each morning was delicious, the lake was a very short walk away with a nice grassy area to lay out and we borrowed bikes to explore Sirmione and the stunning Jamaica beach. One of the best places we stayed in Italy!! Cannot recommend enough

Patricia was the most gracious host one could wish for, nothing was too much trouble. the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. it is 2 minutes walk from a lovely restaurant. the lake is a 5 min walk where there is a good cafe, and lots of sunbathing or trees for shade. i would thoroughly recommend casa Patrizia to anyone.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at B&B Patrizia. She was absolutely the kindest and helpfull Italian lady. Whenever we needed help or a recommendation she knew a solution or had an idea. You can feel she is leading her B&B with passion, joy and trys the best for her guests. Every morning there was a fabulous breakfast in the garden. The room was every day very clean. We would for sure reccoment this stay!

The stay was perfect, room was very nice, looks just like in the photos, the breakfasts were delicious with some homemade specials. Patrizia is the nicest person, very helpful. The location is very nice with less people than in Sirmione. We fully recommend!

Exceeded all my expectations!

This B&B was way beyond our expectations! The reviews we had read here on booking.com were really true. We were met by Patrizia with open arms, and felt more welcome than we ever have at any place! The room and bathroom were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower great. Rooms are cleaned every day, and have both AC and a noiseless fan. There is a beautiful garden, and Patrizia serves you an amazing breakfast, not like anything I've seen before in Italy. The location on the B&B is also great, in a quiet street, just a few minutes away from the lake and a beach. I cannot recommend this place enough!

There was an great breakfast, all prepared by Patricia herself. She gave us good reccomondations to areas in the neighborhood. She made things really personal and she is a very nice and sincere person.

There was rain one night, but she cannot do anything about it. It was lovely to stay here!

Super Aufenthalt für ein langes Wochenende

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage (man kann in wenigen Minuten zum See spazieren), leckeres Frühstück. Am besten war jedoch die Gastgeberin Patrizia, die sich mit Hingabe um uns gekümmert hat und tolle Ausflugstipps hatte!

Sehr schönes Haus! Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wichtig war die Klimaanlage! Diese wurde nachts gerne in Anspruch genommen. Das Frühstück war immer ausreichend, von allen etwas und sehr lecker. Erleichtert doch sehr den Start in den Tag! Zum Frühstück gab’s dann auch immer gute und nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge oder Events in der Umgebung.

Fr Patricia ist eine sehr nette aufmerksame Gastgeberin (auf kleinste Details denkt sie immer und jeden Tag verwöhnt Ihre Gäste mit viel Freude Frühstück a la Patricia 😊) Zimmern liebevoll eingerichtet sehr sauber man fühlt sich einfach willkommen 🤗 Parkmöglichkeiten in Innenhof 👍 Die Lage ist auch sehr schön ruhig so nah dran am See (5min ) Strand ist nicht so überfüllt schöne Wiese schattig Wer mit Hund einreist hat eine gute Entscheidung getroffen wird nicht bereuen !Hunde sind willkommen Ich komme wieder 🤗

Nettes Zimmer und sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Frühstück im Garten war sehr schön. Gute Lage nahe zum Strand und Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Da fällt mir nix ein, alles war sehr gut. Vielleicht würde ich das nächste Mal ein Zimmer mit privatem Balkon haben wollen, aber das ist nicht als Kritik an der Unterkunft gemeint. Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre noch eine Idee gewesen, aber wir haben uns auch so sehr sicher gefühlt.

Geluidsoverlast van de bovenbuurman: wekker die vaak afgaat. Vanaf 5:30 tot 7:00. Douche was niet optimaal: kleine ruimte en een douchegordijn

Patricia ist eine wunderbar herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt sauber, das Frühstück ist einfach klasse und in wenigen Schritten ist man am See. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Patrizia était aux petits soins pour nous, le petit déjeuner excellent et la chambre parfaite. Le lieu est calme, bien situé; le lac ainsi que deux restaurants sont à 5' à pied.
