A unique place you’ll remember for ever 🙌

Villa Mercedes hosted us exceptionally well. The place is super cute and homely while the small thoughtful details made our stay super comfortable and joyful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, it felt like we visited old friends. Breakfast is the feats for both the eye and the stomach - proper homemade Italian meal every morning will set you us for the day. Localization is also perfect, just a short walk from the lake with swimming access. We absolutely recommend Villa Mercedes and will be back in the future! Grazie mille! ❤️

Perhaps both pillows could be equally high (one was very hard) but it’s a detail.

Wonderfull .

The hosts are very kind and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The apartment is on a quiet street but very close to everything (by car). Breakfast is simple but very tasty and filling. We really enjoyed riding the bikes (which the hosts offer for free) in the evenings.

Wonderful journey in Sirmione

The host is very helpful and incredibly kind person. He helped me to call the taxi when I was late to arrive at the train station. Breakfast was excellent and he makes delicious cappuccino! They provide bikes for free so I was able to ride the bike to visit the old town in Sirmione. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to have a trip here! Thank you for your hospitality during my stay:)

The room was very modern, comfortable and clean with a great view. The host was very helpful upon check in, informing us of the location and bus route. He was again helpful throughout our stay organising us a taxi to the train station.

It was such a welcoming, kind and helpful staff! The place is idyllic, the rooms were cozy, well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was great, and the homemade cappuccino was excellent! So happy we stayed here!

A gerat place to spend time in Sirmione.

I could give 11 if it was possible. Great place, lovely, helpful family. Great tasty breakfast - all you can wish for - the cakes and desserts are delicious. Wonderful coffee! We stayed in a four people apartment with a terrace. Everything was perfect. The air conditioning works fine. It cools the upper and lower floor. The room is comfortable and clean. There is a fridge which is a plus. The big adventage are the bikes - we travelled to the old town every evening - it takes about 15 minutes (no hills on the way). It is very close to the lake and to the public beach (3 minutes walk). There are no crowds there like closer to the centre. We had a wonderful time in Sirmione. :)

First of all the staff is very nice, warm and friendly. They welcomed us pleasantly and warmly. A nice and varied breakfast, they took care of us for a vegetarian meal. Homemade cakes and desserts. It was fun for our boys to be able to take a bike and walk around. A short drive from downtown Sirmione and Gardland.

We were in the family room and the air conditioning did not reach the downstairs room, it was hot there while the room upstairs was cold. The bathroom upstairs is a bit crowded. The balcony was dirty and full of cobwebs, it would have been nice if they had cleaned it before. Other than that it was great.

Friendly staff and great stay experience

Highly recommended! Perfect location. The host family is really friendly. the room is comfy, and it has everything we need. Breakfast is also very nice. It also has free bike rental, so you get the chance to bike around the lake and the old town of Sirmione. We really enjoy our stay. We’ll definitely come back again!

Everything. The facility is cosy, clean, beautifully decorated, and the family is amazing, When staying there you feel fantastic. You have your privacy and the same feel family hospitality. The house is in a great location, just 40 m to the lake,and a bit on the side of the city noise. Amazing breakfast. Free bicycles and parking .

Everything was great, but especially the kind staff, homey feeling, and exceptionnal breakfast with home baked pastries and much more.

Only one tiny detail (noticed because everything else is so perfect), the bathroom is a little old with a bit of a loud toilet flush, nothing to worry about!

Friendly family managed b&b close to lake shore. You can walk or bike on the coast. The historical center is not so close but you can have a bike from owners. The room and bathroom is well equiped and clean. Normal size refrigerator helps to keep your drinks and food cool. You can enjoy complementary tea or nescafe. Room size is not so big but you can relax on linked to room terrace. Parking is in backyard. The fridays market is nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was robust and delicious. The free bicycle rentals made traveling around Sirmione much more pleasant. Check-in was easy and we were allowed to check in early for no extra cost.

It wasn't their fault, but unfortunately the room we were supposed to stay in was undergoing some repairs so we were housed at a different pension instead. This pension was less charming and two blocks away from Pensione Mercedes. However, we were given a small discount for the inconvenience.

Very cosy,super clean apartament.Run by a family,so really welcoming atmosphere.Small,cosy backyard.The centre of Sirmione is not so close,but easy to reach by car,or boat taxi.The breakfast wonderful,with fresh fruits,home made pastries and also you can ask for omlete or scrambled eggs,so not tipical italian breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us tipps on where to go/where to park and what to eat. The pension was extremely clean and had a cute cafe in the ground floor. Moreover it also had free bikes we were able to use to get into the city. The rooms were very bright and lovely and the breakfast was amazing with very good coffee. Can only recommend this place!
