A fairly nice stay with a pleasant terrace for breakfast.

Nice stay, the equipment is not the most modern, but breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant. The hotel has a café/bar and shop on the ground floor, which is an advantage.

Prices were higher due to the season. I did not find it pleasant or very polite that the man at the reception desk was attending to customers in the shop when we arrived and ignored us for some time.

Great staff, clean rooms and good continental breakfast served. Gluten free options were great too

Very clean, great location for local transport and supermarkets. The owner was lovely and very helpful with maps, advice and we could also buy local bus tickets from her which was very helpful!

The a.c wasn’t the best in our room

Great apartment

Very clean room and bathroom, if needed room may be cleaned each day. Tasty breakfasts that can be eated on terace. If you like you can go downstaris to bar and order espresso or glass of cold wine in good price. Good localization, 15 mintutes to beach, 10 minutes to supermarket, close to many restaurants (on foot).

Would be great if breakfast will have tomatoes or any vegetables.

Graeat for trips on a budget

Good location, close to the lake and vinyards. Room was clean and spacious with AC. We got towel changedl everyday.

The water of the shower would spill over a bit, the rubber band was no so well pasted.

The staff was very helpful. Elevator, breakfast and good location to visit Sirmione. Good air condition. Parking.

The lobby is a neighborhood cafe, lotto, slot machines place, however there is no noise from there. We booked 2 rooms, one was very nice, the other wasn't. Spring beds, weird room layout, miniscule toilets. There is some noise from the road.

It a nice and cosy location, our room was extremely clean and had a huge balcony. You can have bikes delived to the location and enjoy the area. Very resonable price for sirmione.

The location is very good. It is only a very short walk to the shores of Lake Garda and only an hour's walk to Sirmione. It was a good B+B combining a decent price with a reasonable location. The room was perfectly adequate and was spotlessly clean.

Ideally, I would have preferred a view of the lake, but those hotels are much more expensive!

Posizione ottima per un fine settimana a Gardaland con i figli. Molto pulita

Siamo stati ospiti della stanza al piano terra. Aria condizionata mal funzionante, nessuna zanzariera alle finestre. Pochissime bustine di bagnoschiuma. Phon minuscolo che si surriscaldava dopo pochissimo rendendo impossibile asciugare i capelli.
